  There is so much new technology that is changing things in our life. Causing distrctions. Some of it can cause a falling away from things that we know are keeping us from being productive in God's kingdom. Luke 10:38-42 Now it happened as they went that He entered  a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus' feet and heard is word. But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said "Lord do you not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? And Jesus answered said to her "Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken from her. Beloved, Martha accused the Lord of not caring, all because of her distraction.  Here the Lord has come to their house and  Martha insults Him. But He responds in love and care. Do you tend to over think   at times? We all do. Then we find ourselves full of anxiety.  That will lead to an opening for the spirit of fear. Cast it out! 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal (natural) but mighty in God, for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments (evil imaginations) and every high thing that exalts its self against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. Taking authority over negative thoughts Is our part, we are to use what God has given to us. Jesus is our example, when He was tempted in the wilderness, He said "IT IS WRITTEN! That is our weapon to use against anything that does not measure up to God's word. Ask yourself, has the enemy put a negative thought in my mind, Something that disturbs my peace, and makes me feel uneasy? If so, use the weapon and cast it out. Never allow it to linger.  The enemy can't get to our spirit, so he goes after our mind. James 4:7 ...

We have to prepare our hearts for what is ahead of us. John   16:13-14 "However when He the Holy Spirit has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you of things to come.  He will glorify Me, for He will take what is mine and declare it to you. Beloved, things are changing in our world. We must prepare our hears for what is ahead. All the things that we depend on are changing. Pray for the Lord to show you the plans He has. Never allow the spirit of fear to enter you because of what you see and hear. Hold on to your faith at all times.  The Holy Spirit will guide God's children out of any confusion, into spiritual understanding for our times. Be prepared for great changes to come into the world, and yes, even in the church. Did you ever think that you would live to see all this new tech stuff? I sure didn't. F or our Salvation we are only to believe, have faith that Jesus is the Savior.  Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and not of yourselves; it is a gift of God , not of works, lest anyone should boast. Now it is time to learn about the kingdom we now live in. There is so much to learn, and we will keep learning until we see Jesus face to face. We now live by the grace of God. We experience His great love for us. Ephesians 4:7 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ's gift. Now we are learning about the kingdom we now live in. Experiencing the great love that God has for us. We learn, not from social media, but from God's word. The grace that we have received will take over our learning process by the Holy Spirit. As we grow in the Lord, we can have more grace. James 4:6 But God gives more grace, therefore He says "God resist the proud, but gives grace to the humble.   No one likes their trials and tests, but they are necessary, as we will grow in our faith through them. They cause us to look to Jesus and pray for the strength to endure. 1Peter 1:3-7 "Blessed be God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection from the dead, to the inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through FAITH for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time, in this you greatly rejoice,  for now though for a little while, if  need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, We need to trust the Lord for all we go through. According to James 3, we have been given three times to pray and repent. James 3:13-18 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in meekness and wisdom. But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do nor boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.    For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield , full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and hypocrisy.  Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.  Where bitterness starts is in unforgiveness. God forgave us, we need to forgive others. Remembering God's grace and mercy. Unforgiveness starts out earthly, belonging to the natural, living in the domain of our 5 senses, being concerned with this life only. (Worldly) Then it moves ...

We can have some knowledge about the Lord, but if we do not add to that knowledge we will be stunted in our growth. Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy one is understanding. We need to understand the knowledge we have obtained, we need to apply it to our walk in Jesus. Colossians 1:9-12 For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy, giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.   We know that we are to love everyone, because Jesus loves them through us. Paul learned this lesson. Acts 13:13 Now when Paul and his party set sail from Pa'phos, they came to Perga in Pamphyl'ia; and John Mark departing from them, returned to Jerusalem. This is when the separation happened between Paul and Barnabas.  But Silas was to go with Paul instead of Barnabas. Beloved, only the Holy Spirit can manifest God's unconditional love through us. Paul was young in his faith and would grow more along the way as he ministered the gospel.   While reading Joshua, I realized that we too as believers have much more ground to discover and conquer and possess. Joshua 13:1 Now Joshua was old. advanced in years. And the Lord said to him: "You are old, advanced in years, and there remains very much land yet to be possessed. Just because we are older, doesn't mean we are to stop growing and discovering more in the Lord. Joshua was 85 when the Lord told him that there is more to conquer. (Joshua 14: 10) Beloved, we will never stop growing in the Lord, until we see Jesus face to face. Just because there are giants in our land, doesn't mean we are defeated. Those giants are no match for our God. Never forget David and Goliath. Look at the massive fruit that Joshua brought out of that land. We too have much fruit to produce until we leave this earth.   We know that the law is good, because God's word says so. 1Timothy1:8-11, But we know that the law is good if one uses it lawfully, knowing this that the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and the profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for man slayers, for fornicators, for sodomites, for kidnappers, for LIARS, for perjurers, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine, according to the glorious gospel of the  blessed God committed to my trust.   WHAT IS IT THAT BELONGS TO THE HEIRS Of the Kingdom of God? BELOVED, Romans 8 is packed full of information about being heirs with Jesus. It tell us that we will suffer, pain and hardship. Romans 8:15-18 For you did not receive a spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, Abba Father." The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God, and if children, then heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. For I consider that the suffering of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Our flesh will fight the Holy Spirit, because our flesh is to die daily. It wants control. When we are corrected by others or the word of God, we don't see the hardship that a little white lie can cause. A lie is a lie.  White or black it is from the enemies suggestion. Looking for Jesus in everything we do. His loving hand is always with us. He is our righteousness, if you have believed in Him and that He is your Savior and Lord you are covered with His righteousness. Beloved, we are washed clean by the blood of Jesus. John 1:7 But IF we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from ALL sin. We are His beloved, and we are joint heirs with Him. Read John 17:3, Read all of that prayer that Jesus prayed to His Father. What is eternal life? Jesus explains it. John 17:3-5 "And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. " I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do. And now O Father, glorify me together with Yourself, with glory, which I had with You before the world was. Jesus always pointed to the Father. When we pray, we pray to the Father in Jesus name....

  Pride comes after a great blessing. It is when we over-estimate self and under-estimate others. We don't realize that it came knocking on our door. Proverbs 11:2 When pride comes, then comes shame; but with the humble is wisdom. 1 Peter 5:5 Likewise you younger people submit yourselves to your elders. Yes all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for GOD RESIST THE PROUD, BUT GIVES GRACE TO THE HUMBLE.  The warning sign, is when you want to be in control, instead of the Holy Spirit. Most believers who have allowed pride to take root, don't realize it. Pride is sneaky. It comes subtly.  People hear it and see it in us, but they refuse to address it. If we don't take notice that it landed at our door, God will humble us. Pride is Satan's nature. Better to repent when you sense its presence, or you will go through a trial that will humble you. Pay attention to your thought life.  Every believer will be tempted with pride some time or anoth...

When you set your heart to ask God for something, do you really believe that you will have the answer? Matthew 21-22 "And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing , you will receive." I always pray before I leave the house, that God will direct me to the one I am to share His love with today. God always has someone. When we pray, we should expect an answer.  Luke 11:9 "So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you. Seek and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. Our answer comes in a day or years, but it does come. God never fails to answer.  John 14:14 "If you ask anything in My name I will do it. Jesus has souls that He wants to reach and bless. I was getting in line at the store, but the manager of the store moved me to another isle.  I knew that would be a divine appointment, and it was. God had hand picked the person that I was to bless and share Jesus with. He was the one who helped me to my car, a true believer. We had great fellowship....

Anytime you share Jesus and the gospel, that is a ministry.  The Holy Spirit works on us first, so that we will have a desire to share God's love. That preparation time   seems like an attack from the enemy, but it is God working on us and in us transforming us to be like Jesus. When the Lord begins to remove things and people from our life, we don't understand what's happening. Some went to heaven and others went their way. People that we thought would always be there, were removed.  We don't understand at first, but then God's word makes it clear, when we look at the lives of those God transformed and used. We are no different then they were. Moses, Joseph, Jacob, David, Job, Paul and many others. They were being prepped to have new and different lives.    Romans12:1-2 I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.  And do not be conformed ...

  These are things we need to ask ourselves. If you are an active participant in God's kingdom, then you will bear fruit. If you are a passive observer, you will not have fruit. We are known by our fruit. Our lives in Jesus. Passive observers are not disciples of Jesus, because they just observe what others are doing. John 15:8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit: so you will be My disciples. The passive observer only watch what others are doing, they only do what they believe is expected of them.  They do show up at church, but, they don't want to get involved. They just watch from a distant. Their heart is not connected to all that Jesus has taught, and all He is doing in the world.  They may have a ministry, but it is to glorify themselves not our Lord Jesus. We all have seen this through the years. So sad they miss the wonderful fellowship of the Holy Spirit. Beloved, it is a wonderful thing, when a passive observer comes to follow Jesus. Not just...

  You will need to live with an uncontaminated pure heart. In the beatitudes in verse eight, the Lord made it plain to us.   Matthew 5 :3-8, Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. BLESSED ARE THE PURE IN HEART, FOR THEY SHALL SEE GOD. Beloved, the Lord made it plain for us to see that a pure heart opens our way to see God. It is a daily task to guard our heart from becoming contaminated with all the worlds junk. Proverbs 22:11 He who loves purity of heart And has grace on his lips, the king will be his friend. It's up to us to spend more time in God's word, than to watch TV, or other media that take the time that belongs to Jesus. Jesus first! Let the Holy Spirit lead you, then all the other thing...

We may think traffic made us late, or a phone call, but not so.  Beloved, God orchestrates everything in our life.  All our days are planned, that is if we belong to Jesus. So enjoy the detours and delays. Don't get anxious. That will allow fear an entrance. Psalm 139:16-17 Your eyes saw my substance being yet unformed. And in your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them.  How precious also are Your thoughts to me, Oh God! How great is the sum of them. I was shopping later than normal, so I thought. There was a man in the produce department wearing a large cross. Like I always do, I asked him what does that cross mean to you.  I told him that this is your chance to share his faith in Jesus.  He said he is saved, but does not know how to do that yet.  I knew that he was a new believer, so I shared some things with him.   Divine appointment. Allow the Holy Spirit to draw you to the word, and teach you to love it. It's Jesus, He is the word. Jesus is the Word! John   1:1-4, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. Beloved, Jesus is the Word, so as you read His Word you are fellowshipping with Jesus, and His word is reading you. Every Word in our bible is God breathed. Matthew 4:4 (Jesus in the wilderness being tempted) "It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God!
