DO YOU VALUE THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD?

Most believers just look for God's provisions, and His protection, His healings and blessings. All things we have in Christ. What they miss is His peace.  In the presence of the Lord there is joy, and peace and other pleasures. Psalm 16:11 You will show me the path of life;  In Your presence is fullness of joy;  At You right hand are pleasures forevermore. Spending quality time in the presenc e of the Lord, with His word, just talking to Him and listen for His voice in your spirit, it is a blessed time alone with Jesus. Be silent and listen. Did you notice that silent and listen have the same letters? Ever wonder why? Think on this. In His presence sing to Him, He is the one who gave us song and music. Do you seek His face, His closeness while you worship Him? Or is your mind only on the words you sing.   Do you picture Jesus with you? He is right there. Jesus longs for our fellowship, so give Him your full attention, and honor.  Make Him the object of your love and your thoughts

ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR EVERYTHING AND IN EVERYTHING?

It seems difficult at times to be grateful for things that hurt our heart, or pain in our body. Ephesians 5:20-21 Giving thanks always FOR all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,  submitting to one another in the fear of God. We are to be thankful FOR all things that comes into out life as a Christian. Can we be thankful for persecution?  Yes, because it is that very thing that causes the church to grow. 1Thessalonians 5:16-18 Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, IN everything give thanks;  For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. I heard a well known preacher on TV recently say "you do not have to thank God for everything that comes into your life." I disagree with him, God's word says different. The bible says, be thankful, for and in everything. We are to be thankful for God and His love and salvation. We are to be thankful for our family, friends and extended family in Jesus. Always thank God for answered prayer before the an

GOD HAS NEVER TOLERATED A MIXTURE OF HIS WORD AND THE WORLDS THINKING.

The only way to protect yourself from the deadly mixture of today in some Christian circles, is to know God's word. KNOW YOUR BIBLE.  Study it and let it become so much apart of you, that people see the transformation in your life. They see Jesus and His nature. That they experience his love through you. 2 Timothy 2:14-16 Remind them of these things, charging them before the Lord not to strive about words to no profit, to the ruin of the hearers. Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and idle babblings,  for they will increase to more ungodliness. We are told by the Holy Spirit to study to show ourselves approved. Rightly dividing the word of truth. It is so easy to pick up the latest thing going around in some Christian circles. Sounds good but is deadly to our spiritual growth. New age is sneaking into som e of the churches, more and more each day.  It is to easy to swal

REPENTANCE, HEALINGS, AND RESTORATION

Repentance is to change your mind, be sorry for your bad actions, and change those actions to match the word of God, and express love from your heart. As soon as we do, the healing process begins. We all need to repent from time to time, as we live in this fallen world and pick up some of their reactions and words and habits. Many times as we read God's word, the Holy Spirit will point out an area in our life that needs repentance. John 14:26 "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name,  He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. Beloved, bitterness can hide in our heart, and we need to realize that it is there.  We need to confess to one another so healing will take place. Our quick negative emotions will come spewing out with anger, it is a sure sign bitterness is hiding in our heart. James 5:16 Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed.  The effective
