DO YOU WANT TO SEE GOD MOVE IN YOUR LIFE AND IN OTHERS?

 You will need to live with an uncontaminated pure heart.

In the beatitudes in verse eight, the Lord made it plain to us.

 Matthew 5 :3-8,

Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.

Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.

Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.

BLESSED ARE THE PURE IN HEART, FOR THEY SHALL SEE GOD.

Beloved, the Lord made it plain for us to see that a pure heart opens our way to see God.

It is a daily task to guard our heart from becoming contaminated with all the worlds junk.

Proverbs 22:11

He who loves purity of heart And has grace on his lips, the king will be his friend.

It's up to us to spend more time in God's word, than to watch TV, or other media that take the time that belongs to Jesus. Jesus first!

Let the Holy Spirit lead you, then all the other things we have to do, or want to do are in our own time.

Beloved, the Lord wants us to enjoy our abundant life, He just wants to be included.

He wants us to laugh and have fun, and enjoy all that He has provided.

I love just talking to the Lord through my day, we call it prayer. 

While driving, listening to music that honors Jesus, what an abundant life we do have.

Acts 15:8-9 (Peter speaking to the leaders in Jerusalem, about Jews and gentiles))

So God who knows the heart, acknowledges them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

1John 3:3

And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.

The word in the Greek for pure:

Pure is clean, clear without a mixture. 

Free from contaminating, soiling influence of sin.

It is our choice to not yield to sin.

When we pray, we should apply the blood of Jesus over our body, soul and spirit, over our life and family.

Beloved, God has given us a new heart, it is up to us to keep it pure.

So how do we purify our heart? It is by our faith in Jesus and His sacrifice for us. 

Trusting in our Lord.

The Holy Spirit will warn us against heresy.

God gave us a free will to choose right or wrong.

Do you want to see God move in your life and others around you? Then keep a pure heart.

James 4:8

Draw near to God, Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

 Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom.

(for those choosing to live in sin, and call themselves believers.)

 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord and He will lift you up.

James is giving a warning to those who call themselves Christians and that choose to live in a mixture of the world and sin.

Beloved, Keep your heart pure and you will see God move in your life.

LOVE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO STOOP DOWN TO HELP ANOTHER UP.

  In John 8:6, a women is thrown down at Jesus feet. Jesus bends down where the woman is at. He begins to write on the stones at the temple. Only God had written on stones.  The reality of who Jesus is, caused the religious leaders to leave. I find it interesting that Jesus told Nicodemus, a very religious man, that he must be born again. The man humbled himself and came to Jesus. As believers we are born again of God's Spirit. 1Peter 1:22-23 Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever, Beloved, love is always willing to stoop down to help another up. GOD'S WORD SAYS HIS WAYS ARE PAST FINDING OUT, RIGHT?

  If all of God's ways are past finding out, only for those that God wants to reveal some of them to, will see a glimpse of them. Yet He revealed some of them to Noah and Moses and Paul. God's ways include a view of His character, plans, and His method of doing certain things. Romans 11:33 Oh, the depth of the riches both of wisdom and knowledge of God!
