AFTER YOU HAVE PRAYED, BELIEVE GOD WITH FAITH FOR AN ANSWER.
When you set your heart to ask God for something, do you really believe that you will have the answer?
Matthew 21-22
"And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
I always pray before I leave the house, that God will direct me to the one I am to share His love with today. God always has someone.
When we pray, we should expect an answer.
Luke 11:9
"So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you. Seek and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
Our answer comes in a day or years, but it does come. God never fails to answer.
John 14:14
"If you ask anything in My name I will do it.
Jesus has souls that He wants to reach and bless.
I was getting in line at the store, but the manager of the store moved me to another isle.
I knew that would be a divine appointment, and it was.
God had hand picked the person that I was to bless and share Jesus with.
He was the one who helped me to my car, a true believer. We had great fellowship.
I gave him a copy of my book and a mirror to remind him of God's love.
Beloved, trust God's timing. His timing is perfect. Being in the right place at the right time is God's doing.
Gideon is a great example.
Gideon was full of fear, but God didn't acknowledge his fear, He only saw what Gideon was meant to be, a warrior!
Judges 6:11-14
Now the angel of the Lord came and sat under the terebinth tree which was in Oph'rah, which belonged to Jo'ash the Abiezrite, while his son Gideon threshed wheat in the winepress, in order to hide it from the Midianites.
And the angel of the Lord appeared to him, and said to him, you mighty man of valor!"
Verse 14. Then the Lord turned to him and said, "Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites."
Beloved, God sees us as we are to the Lord.
He doesn't see all our weaknesses.
Sometimes we are hard on ourselves, thinking that God has bigger concerns to deal with, so we say a quick prayer, then proceed to take matters in our own hands, which never works out, because we have missed the perfect will of God.
Beloved. that is not having true faith.
When God changes things at the last minute, trust Him, our days are all written in His book.
Psalm 139:16-17
Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed, And in Your book they were all written. The days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them.
We have a host of angels watching over us.
Psalm 34 :7
The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him, and delivers them.
Hebrews 12:1-2
Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Remember Peter in prison?
Acts 12:5-8
Peter was therefore kept in prison, but constant prayer was offered to God for him by the church.
When Herod was about to bring him out, that night Peter was sleeping, bound with two chains between two soldiers; and the guards before the door were keeping the prison.
Now behold, an angel of the Lord stood by him, and a light shone in the prison; and he struck Peter on the side and raised him up, saying, Arise quickly!" and the chains fell off his hands.
Then the angel said to him, "Gird yourself and tie on your sandals" and so he did. And he said to him, Put on your garment and follow me.
Beloved, that should show us how God answers prayers of his children. The church prayed.
Jesus is always interceding for us, so believe when you pray He hears and answers.
God bless your day
Jesus loves you
