Great is the power of the blood of Jesus

Recently I was asking the Holy Spirit what to put on the blog.  He reminded me of a scripture that Jesus spoke to the group in the temple. John 10:27-28 "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. As you read God's word, stop and think about what you have read.  Ponder on it and chew on it. There is great power in God's word. Recently the the Holy Spirit reminded me of an experience I had when I lived in Virginia. I had a dream, and in the dream there was a button on a wall.  Said do not touch.  Well being me, I touch it and Satan's face appeared on  wall. He said I finally got you.   My spirit rose up and I said "Satan the BLOOD OF JESUS!  I said it three times and his face turned into a yellow piece of construction paper pinned on the wall Two weeks later I was invited to minister at the woman's prison. There were some trouble makers in the back row, so I had th

Update on Joy -

She had a pacemaker put in, and is back home -  I have had to get tough with her tough while speaking to her last night telling her "No more dropping dead!!" (She had CPR done 3 times in 6 weeks) We are praying the pacemaker does the trick. She's had 3 fatal arrhythmias that come on without warning - fortunately, all 3 times, someone was right there who could assist... Thank you all for your prayers! Randy

Update on Joy

Yesterday, Joy had a temporary pacemaker put in for the night. She is having a permanent pacemaker put in today. Tentatively, it looks like if all goes well, she can go back home tomorrow -  That's the only news I have, but will post something new if I hear anything -  Randy

Humility or arrogance?

I was watching Christian tv, and I saw many preachers, preaching salvation.  Some were giving God all the credit, others were pointing to themselves, I heard come on, that's good preaching, some love the applause.  That's ok they have their reward. If they are looking for man's approval, they have it.   I would rather have God's approval. Wouldn't you? Humility points to God, arrogance points to self. Yes it is good preaching whenever it is about Jesus and His kingdom. Jesus wanting the gospel preached, made the comment to his disciples, do not stop him, for whoever is not against us is for us. Luke 9:50 Jesus said do not forbid those that are ministering in the name of Jesus, regardless what their motives are. The power of God is being preached,  activated in the name of Jesus. We are to see the work of the Lord being done, not the motive of someone's heart doing the ministry. I believe Jesus made that clear in Luke 9: 49 -50 and Mark 9:38.. Luke 9 :49-50 No

The cares of this world, will choke out God's word.

Many of us have been paying close attention to what is happening in our world . In the story about the seeds sown. JESUS MAKES IT CLEAR.  That the cares of this world will choke out the word of God.  Mark 4:19 Do you read Gods word daily?  It is important to fill up with God's word. Seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things will be added to you. What things you ask? whatever is needed for our body. God provided everything Adam and Eve needed, in Christ Jesus we have all we need. PHIPPIANS 4:19 Beloved, the world and the church is going through a reset.  God cannot allow His kids to be seduced by the world.  As Paul said if they preach any other gospel, let them be accursed. Well we have seen through the years, another gospel take the place of  the true word. of God. There is one Savior, Jesus Christ who died for you. No man, no matter how great he seems to be, should ever be worshipped. All the worship belongs to Jesus, not man.  I believe that God has  the true churches
