THERE IS A TIME TO PRAY, AND A TIME TO ACT ON GOD'S WORD USING THE AUTHORITY THAT HE HAS GIVEN TO US.
Always pray and ask the Holy Spirit to go before you. When you do, you will be on God's timing. Luke 10:19 "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, over ALL the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Always have a listening ear and you will know how to pray or minister to someone. Listening while some one wants to unload their concern and need, is very important. May we have spiritual ears to hear, because, it will reveal what is flesh (old you) or what is spiritual, or an attack of the enemy. The Hebrew word for prayer: implies self evaluation or contemplation. The Greek word for prayer: refers to a vow or direction toward God. There is a difference between the two. The Hebrew implying a process of self judging, introspection and binding yourself to God. Whereas the Greek generally pray to include worship and praise and devotion.
