F or our Salvation we are only to believe, have faith that Jesus is the Savior.  Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and not of yourselves; it is a gift of God , not of works, lest anyone should boast. Now it is time to learn about the kingdom we now live in. There is so much to learn, and we will keep learning until we see Jesus face to face. We now live by the grace of God. We experience His great love for us. Ephesians 4:7 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ's gift. Now we are learning about the kingdom we now live in. Experiencing the great love that God has for us. We learn, not from social media, but from God's word. The grace that we have received will take over our learning process by the Holy Spirit. As we grow in the Lord, we can have more grace. James 4:6 But God gives more grace, therefore He says "God resist the proud, but gives grace to the humble.   No one likes their trials and tests, but they are necessary, as we will grow in our faith through them. They cause us to look to Jesus and pray for the strength to endure. 1Peter 1:3-7 "Blessed be God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection from the dead, to the inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through FAITH for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time, in this you greatly rejoice,  for now though for a little while, if  need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, We need to trust the Lord for all we go through. According to James 3, we have been given three times to pray and repent. James 3:13-18 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in meekness and wisdom. But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do nor boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.    For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield , full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and hypocrisy.  Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.  Where bitterness starts is in unforgiveness. God forgave us, we need to forgive others. Remembering God's grace and mercy. We can have some knowledge about the Lord, but if we do not add to that knowledge we will be stunted in our growth. Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy one is understanding. We need to understand the knowledge we have obtained, we need to apply it to our walk in Jesus.   We know that we are to love everyone, because Jesus loves them through us. Paul learned this lesson. Acts 13:13 Now when Paul and his party set sail from Pa'phos, they came to Perga in Pamphyl'ia; and John Mark departing from them, returned to Jerusalem. This is when the separation happened between Paul and Barnabas.  But Silas was to go with Paul instead of Barnabas. Beloved, only the Holy Spirit can manifest God's unconditional love through us. Paul was young in his faith and would grow more along the way as he ministered the gospel.   While reading Joshua, I realized that we too as believers have much more ground to discover and conquer and possess. Joshua 13:1 Now Joshua was old. advanced in years. And the Lord said to him: "You are old, advanced in years, and there remains very much land yet to be possessed. Just because we are older, doesn't mean we are to stop growing and discovering more in the Lord. Joshua was 85 when the Lord told him that there is more to conquer. (Joshua 14: 10) Beloved, we will never stop growing in the Lord, until we see Jesus face to face. Just because there are giants in our land, doesn't mean we are defeated. Those giants are no match for our God. Never forget David and Goliath. Look at the massive fruit that Joshua brought out of that land. We too have much fruit to produce until we leave this earth.
