We are being changed daily into the image of Jesus Christ.

Those of us who belong to Jesus our Lord, are being changed daily, from glory to glory. 2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. Notice that it is the work of the Holy Spirit, that changes us from glory to glory.   That glory is displayed when we allow the attributes of our Lord to manifest in our lives. John 17:22 "And the glory which you gave Me I have given them,  that they may be one just as we are one; How do we display and express that glory? 1.  When we have a heart full of praise, and worship. 2.  When we are quick to confess our sins and acknowledge the fact that they are already forgiven.  (we confess so that the enemy cannot use them against us,  and to have a clear conscience when we go before the Lord. 3.  When we have a generous heart to help others. (Our Father is a giver, He gave us Jesus) 4.  When we are thankf

Walking in our heavenly calling.

Ephesians is one of my favorite books in the new testament. E phesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ, 35 times Paul emphases what it means to be in Christ. Here are just a few. We have been adopted through Christ. We are beloved in Christ. We have an inheritance in Christ. we are sealed in Christ. We have hope in Christ We are made alive in Christ. We are made alive and raised and seated with Him . We have life, peace and grace in Christ. (Grace being unmerited favor) We have access through our faith in Christ. Beloved, Ephesians was written by Paul to prevent any errors. We are reminded in Ephesians about the things which are not permitted in the Godly children of God.  (Ephesians 5:3-6, Ephesians 4:29-32) Paul reminds them and us who we are in Jesus Christ and what we have in Him. Ephesians 3:14-17 (Is a great example of how to pray for each other) For this reason I bow m

Is your spiritual tank full and overflowing?

While filling up my car with gas I felt that we need to be spiritually filled and topped off. It is so important that we keep ourselves full of God's word, and his presence in our life. It is life, health ,strength, and full of the promises of God. John 6:63 It is the Spirit who gives life;  the flesh profits nothing.  the words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. We don't worship the bible but we do worship the God of the bible.  Our life's manual.  Our instruction book.  Everything we need to know while living on this earth are in those pages. Ephesians 3:14-21 For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ,  from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,  that he would grant you, according to His riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith ;  that you being rooted and grounded in love,  may be able to comprehend with all the sai

The life of Jesus is revealed to us by the Holy Spirit.

Spring is upon us and soon we will see new growth in our plants and in our life. We have withstood the pruning process of the winter of our life. It is the Lords desire that we look to Him for all things, seeing the newness that He has planned for us. Through the Holy Spirit we can see things as God see them. (That is wisdom)  The Holy Spirit reveals to us all that Jesus is. John 14:26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name,  He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. A parent looks ahead and makes plans for things to come.  Father God is our parent, our Abba, daddy, the One who loves us and has planned ahead for us. He has planned good things, no matter what it looks like in the world we know we are loved. John 16:13-14 However, when He, the Spirit of Truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth;  for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears He will speak; and He will tell you thi
