BUILDING OUR FAITH AND TRUST IN THE LORD'S FAITHFUNESS.

It builds our faith when we remember how the Lord brought us through hard times.  Times that we hadn't a clue, how we would get through them. 1 Corinthians   1:9 God is faithful, by whom you were called into fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. 2 Timothy 2:13 If we are faithless, He remains faithful;  He cannot deny Himself. We are to forget those things behind as Paul said, but we are not to forget the blessings  that came after our trial. Philippians 3:1 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended, but one thing I do,  forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead.  As we move forward in our day that God has given to us, we are to take the time to remember God's faithfulness and thank Him. We will encounter detours, and roadblocks, obstacles along the way, but God has gone before us to prepare our way. Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. T

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. Just speaking His name, we inhale YAH and exhale WEH.   YHWH means breath of life. Our Jewish brothers and sisters know the name of God means breath of God. This is an interesting fact that we believers need to know. We also need light. John 8:12 Then Jesus spoke to them again, "I am the light of the world; He who follows Me shall not walk i

UNDERSTANDING THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

There are 86 references of the Kingdom of God in the gospels.  Jesus used this phrase many times while teaching the people.  He used the Kingdom of heaven also. Matthew 6:33 "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Matthew 4: From that time Jesus began to preach and say, " Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Mark 1:14-15 Now after John was put into prison,  Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,  saying,  The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand, repent and believe the gospel. We enter the kingdom of God when we receive Jesus as our Savior and Lord. Jesus made it clear, that the kingdom of God is within you. It is not a physical location, it is a spiritual place. The kingdom of God is not church, but church is the place where you can experience the kingdom of God. Luke 17:20-21 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come,  "T

NEW YEAR WITH NEW BEGINNINGS, NEW BLESSINGS.

Beloved, don't rehash old things from last year.  This is a new year, new start.   Those things that were hurtful  and disappointing from last year, God will turn to good.   LEAVE THEM AT THE CROSS. Isaiah 43:18-19  Do not remember the former things.  Nor consider the things of old. Behold I do a new thing; Now it shall spring forth, Shall you not know it?  I even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert. We all have had a wilderness experience, when we would love to have had a cool refreshing from God's word.  Waiting for those rivers of living water to flow out. ( Just speak to the Rock) We were just like the winter trees, that look cold and dead.   But God is working where we cannot see and He is preparing them for Spring time. We don't see it, but we know by faith that we will see green leaves again, they will appear as soon as the sun hits the tree and God waters them. It's the same with our old dead things, as soon as the Son touches them, He will m
