Update on Joy

Yesterday, Joy had a temporary pacemaker put in for the night. She is having a permanent pacemaker put in today. Tentatively, it looks like if all goes well, she can go back home tomorrow - 


That's the only news I have, but will post something new if I hear anything -

ARE WE USING THE AUTHORITY AND WEAPONS, JESUS HAS GIVEN TO US?

Beloved, sometimes we allow things to enter our life, that we need to use our spiritual authority and our weapons on to get free to do the works of the Lord. John 14:12-13 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. "And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that My Father may be glorified in the Son. When we are attacked,  We must start using the authority and the weapons that we have in the Lord. The enemy will try and trespass in our life if we become complacent, lazy, and neglect our faith. There are times when we are self satisfied and not on our guard, we become slothful. TRUSTING GOD, WHEN YOU DON'T SEE THE RIGHT ANSWERS, RECEIVING COUNSEL WHEN NEEDED.

Trust God's word, even if you do not see the answer you expected. He has something better. Beloved, God is not in a hurry, He places people and things in our life to bring glory to Jesus. We hear a lot about having faith, but faith is trusting God no matter what things seem to be. Proverbs 3:5-8 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean NOT on your own understanding;  In ALL your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.  Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones. God's word says it all, if we have spiritual ears to hear Him.
