THE VOICE OF THE LORD BRINGS COMFORT TO OUR SOUL.

IT WAS THE VOICE OF THE LORD THAT BROUGHT ALL THINGS INTO BEING.

 Psalm 29:3-5 (Read all of Psalm 29)

 The voice of the Lord is over the waters, the God of glory thunders, the Lord is over the waters, the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars of Lebanon, Yes the Lord splinters the cedars of Lebanon.

God's voice is so powerful. It gives us great comfort!

 It is the voice of the Lord that gives us assurance of His love.  It is written in His word. 

 God's word has a voice, it speaks to our heart, makes the changes needed that we were blind to.

 Psalm 103:20
Bless the Lord, you His angels, who excel in strength, who do His word, heeding the voice of His word.

 Yes beloved, God's word has a voice, it is alive and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword.

 Do we realize that when we read God's word it is pouring not only knowledge of God into us, but also wisdom, strength, and power.

 Strength that comes from heaven, through the Holy Spirit. 

 Do you need healing in your body?  there are certain scripture for that.  Do you need peace of mind, then you will find scriptures for peace. Jesus is our peace.
Whatever your need, it is right there at your fingertips in the word of God, and in our prayer time.

 Your brain recognizes the voice of God, in the word of God. It goes to work as soon as it hears those words of life. It effects our whole body.

 Proverbs 4:20
My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.  Do not let them depart from your eyes;
Keep them in the midst of your heart;  For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.

 John 6:63
"It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing.  The words that I speak to you are Spirit and they are life.

 That settles it for me, God's word is alive. It has a voice of it's own.  
Pray God's word, speak God's word and do God's word, it is life.

WHEN INDIFFERENCE ENDS, THAT IS WHEN LOVE BEGINS.

  Don't look for love to come to you, instead, look  where you can give it. Galatians 5:13 For you brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. If you have been buried with Christ in baptism and raised in new life, then stop looking at the old you. Give the love that you always wanted to experience before you met Jesus. That unconditional love. If you noticed while reading the gospels that Jesus went out of His way to show the Fathers love, to provide what real love looks like. Sinners flocked to hear the good news of the gospel. They felt the love. Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Beloved, we are to do the same for sinners we know, who have not received Jesus yet. We only receive real love from God when we realize that real love is missing from our life. Read God's word and see how many times He chose to bless and not curse His people. God knows our every move and cares that we understand there is obedience to His word that will help us. God's word is a light unto our path.  Psalms 119:104-105 Through Your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way. Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path. God's word is rest for the weary, when we have not obeyed the word of God, we will become weary, anxious, and fearful, when we choose to do our own thing instead of what God tells us to do.
