THERE IS NO ONE BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE, BUT WE AS BELIVERS IN CHRIST WE ARE TO BE DIFFERENT, SET APART.

We don't go along with the crowd. We are separate because we have given our life to Jesus.

1John 2:15-17

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world the love of the Father is not n him. 

For all that is in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life- is not of the Father but is of the world. 

And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.

Beloved, the world spoken of, is the world's evil system and things, not God's creation.

We are not of this world because we belong to Jesus our Lord. 

When we received the Lord and His grace in our life, we became His property.

We no longer belong to our self. We were bought with the precious blood of Jesus.

Many times we get ourselves in a mess because of wrong choices. We need the Holy Spirit to show us the way out. Confession, and repentance. Make a 180 degree turn.

When we are sorry for allowing our flesh to control our actions, it is time to have some remorse.  

To be truly sorry that we stepped away from the leading of God's word. 

James 4:7-8

Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

James 4:16-17.

But now you boast in your arrogance. All such boating is evil. Therefore to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.

There are too many Christians having an affair with the world and its ways. That is making a choice to put Jesus at a distance, in their mind.

Jesus will never leave us nor forsake us, but we can by our actions push Him aside. And not obey His word.

Remember, the world is not speaking about God's creation, it is however speaking the worlds evil system.

We are to reach the world of people for Jesus.

If you find yourself holding onto an offence you have given into a trap that leads to unforgiveness, and bitterness, Repent!

Little things aren't noticeable at first. It is when an offence leads to unforgiveness that you put yourself into bondage. So search your heart and make certain that you have forgiven everyone.

Beloved, walk in the Spirit and you will not yield to the flesh.

When we yield to the flesh we will grieve the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 4:29-32

Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification that it may impart grace to the hearers

And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

Let all bitterness, wrath, anger and clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.

And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, for giving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

Beloved, holding onto an offence, speaks of pride in your life and control.

 Don't grieve the Holy Spirit with toxic emotions. Confess and be restored, the Holy Spirit is waiting to bless you with great peace and restoration.

HOW IMPORTANT IS OBEDIENCE, WHEN WE ARE LIVING UNDER THE GRACE OF GOD?

Beloved, there are those that do not obey God's word, because they think that grace covers them. They believe that they can do whatever they desire, because they are under God's grace.  This is not true. Obedience to God's word with the Grace of God, will produce great results.  Grace and obedience are  team. Romans 5:17 For if  by the man's offence death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in this, life through the the One, Jesus Christ. When you live by the grace of God you will obey His word and walk in holiness. THERE IS A TIME TO PRAY, AND A TIME TO ACT ON GOD'S WORD USING THE AUTHORITY THAT HE HAS GIVEN TO US.

  Always pray and ask the Holy Spirit to go before you. When you do, you will be on God's timing. Luke 10:19 "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, over ALL the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Always have a listening ear and you will know how to pray or minister to someone.  Listening while some one wants to unload their concern and need, is very important. May we have spiritual ears to hear, because, it will reveal what is flesh (old you) or what is spiritual, or an attack of the enemy. The Hebrew word for prayer:  implies self evaluation or contemplation. The Greek word for prayer: refers to a vow or direction toward God. There is a difference between the two.
