THE GREASTEST GIFT IS GOD'S OWN SON, JESUS.

The gifts that God wants you to enjoy, are not just for you, they are for you to employ. ( a Quote from a Pastor)

Beloved, the greatest gift that we have is our Salvation in Jesus.

Matthew 7:11

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good gifts to those who ask Him!

Beloved, we have the greatest gift of eternal life.

In that we have forgiveness of sins, we are given wisdom by the Holy Spirit who lives in us.

We have been given the right as God's children, to use the name of Jesus as a gift.

We have the gift of the Holy Spirit.

We have the gift of God's grace, mercy and compassion.

Our life is a gift from God. (think on that)

Every breath that we breathe, speaks God's name. What a gift.

Ephesians 4:7-8

But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of  Christ gift. Therefore He says,

"When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive and gave gifts to men."

There are gifts of teaching and preaching to build up the body of Christ. Gifts of wisdom, discernment and encouragement.

Beloved, a man named Joseph, or Jose's. that the apostles later named Barnabas, meaning the son of encouragement. (Acts 4:36)

The body of Christ needs this gift to minister to each other. Some of Paul's teachings were to encourage, build up.

We have the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 12:4-11.

There are diversities of gifts, of the Spirit.

There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord.

There are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all.

But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all.

For one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit to another a word of knowledge through the same Spirit. To another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit. (Plural)

To another working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.

But one and the same Spirit works all these thing, distributing to each one individually as He wills.

Read all of 1Corinthian 12 and 13, they all go together. In order to get a complete picture.

Beloved, when you see or hear a ministry that works differently than you are use to, read these scripture and let the Holy Spirit teach you.

Let love be your motivator.

God's word is alive and you will see and understand new things that you were not aware of.

Whatever gift is needed at a time, it will be there for the asking, God supplies.

You have heard of a person who came upon a car wreck, and had supernatural strength to remove the car by lifting it to help someone.

That's our Lord working a gift the guy never knew he had.

Beloved, we all have gifts that we are not aware of yet, when they are needed, they are there, The Holy Spirit will deliver them.

James 1:17

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

We need to use the gifts that we have, and as we stay faithful, God will give more.

Just like He gives us more grace when needed.

Our greatest gift is Jesus who gives us salvation.

Realize how blessed you are.

Thank God for all the great gifts that He has given to His children. Praise the Lord!!

God bless your day

Jesus loves you

THE WILDERNESS EXPERIENCE IS WHERE WE LEARN TO DEPEND ON THE LORD.

When Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, He depended on the word of God. Matthew 4:3-11 Now the tempter came to Him, he said, "If You are the Son of God,(HE TRIED TO PLACE DOUBT IN JESUS MIND) command these stones become bread. (He dealt with the Lords natural hunger) But He answered and said, "It is written, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Then he took Him up into the holy city, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple, and said "If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down, for it is written, (From Psalms 91:11, notice the devil misquoted Gods word, and left out "to keep You in all your ways)  "He will give His angels charge over you. and, "In their hands their they  shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone. Jesus said to to him "It is written again, "You shall not tempt the Lord your God." Again, the devil took Him up to an exceedingly high moun...

HOW IMPORTANT IS OBEDIENCE, WHEN WE ARE LIVING UNDER THE GRACE OF GOD?

Beloved, there are those that do not obey God's word, because they think that grace covers them. They believe that they can do whatever they desire, because they are under God's grace.  This is not true. Obedience to God's word with the Grace of God, will produce great results.  Grace and obedience are  team. Romans 5:17 For if  by the man's offence death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in this, life through the the One, Jesus Christ. When you live by the grace of God you will obey His word and walk in holiness. Reminding ourselves that we are the righteousness of God, because of the shed blood of Jesus. 1Peter 1:13 Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. We purify our souls when we obey the truth through the Holy Spirit. To love the brethren with a pure heart. 1Peter ...

LOVE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO STOOP DOWN TO HELP ANOTHER UP.

In John 8:6, a women is thrown down at Jesus feet. Jesus bends down where the woman is at. He begins to write on the stones at the temple. Only God had written on stones.  The reality of who Jesus is, caused the religious leaders to leave. I find it interesting that Jesus told Nicodemus, a very religious man, that he must be born again. The man humbled himself and came to Jesus. As believers we are born again of God's Spirit. 1Peter 1:22-23 Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever, Beloved, love is always willing to stoop down to help another up. Humility is a sign that we are born again of God's Spirit. A humble person will always point to Jesus, never themselves. 1 Peter 5:5-6 Likewise you younger people, submit to your elders, Yes, all of yo...
