DIVINE PREPARATION FOR MINISRTY AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH.

Anytime you share Jesus and the gospel, that is a ministry. 

The Holy Spirit works on us first, so that we will have a desire to share God's love.

That preparation time  seems like an attack from the enemy, but it is God working on us and in us transforming us to be like Jesus.

When the Lord begins to remove things and people from our life, we don't understand what's happening. Some went to heaven and others went their way.

People that we thought would always be there, were removed. 

We don't understand at first, but then God's word makes it clear, when we look at the lives of those God transformed and used.

We are no different then they were.

Moses, Joseph, Jacob, David, Job, Paul and many others.

They were being prepped to have new and different lives.  

Romans12:1-2

I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Beloved, do you want to know the will of God for your life? You will find it in His word. 

You will hear it in your spirit through the Holy Spirit.

We are transformed by renewing our mind in God's word.

Jesus saved us and the Holy Spirit transforms us to prepare us for our calling.

2 Corinthians 4:16-17

Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.

There's much that we have picked up from the world that needs to die in our thinking. Cast down those thoughts!

We are being stripped of what we saw as comfort. So God pushes us out of our comfort zone.

We must die to self. Our old self has no place in our new born again spirit and life.

After the on going process of dying to self takes place. God has a ministry for us who obey His word, and are humble.

God opens doors that we never dreamed that He would open.

He places new people in our life that will help us and our spiritual growth. 

Those who have learned the mysteries of how God works in our life, and have been stripped of all they thought were needed.

People who are willing to confront us when we have gotten off the path. Because of the love that God has placed in them.

Beloved, if you choose to follow Jesus and take up your cross, you will have days that you do not understand yet. 

Remember as you study these men, they all were blessed and provided for in every area of their life.

Example: Job had the most beautiful daughters in the world. God gave him twice as much that he had lost.

This is the place in your life where trust and faith will grow. It's all in the grace and truth of God. It is all in Jesus. 

Search the mysteries of God's will for your life.

The Holy Spirit will show you. Seek and you will find.

THERE IS A GODLY FEAR THAT WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND.

 The fear that I am talking about, is for us to be in AWE of the God we have given our life to. Psalm 111:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Since it is the beginning, that means it is on going.  Teaching us every step of the way. Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. Matthew 10:27-28 (Jesus speaking) "Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops. And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.   But fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. The Greek word for fear is terror, and dread, but the next one is for us believers.  Reverence and Awe. The Hebrew word for fear is just reverence and respect. HOW IMPORTANT IS OBEDIENCE, WHEN WE ARE LIVING UNDER THE GRACE OF GOD?

Beloved, there are those that do not obey God's word, because they think that grace covers them. They believe that they can do whatever they desire, because they are under God's grace.  This is not true. Obedience to God's word with the Grace of God, will produce great results.  Grace and obedience are  team. Romans 5:17 For if  by the man's offence death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in this, life through the the One, Jesus Christ. When you live by the grace of God you will obey His word and walk in holiness.
