DO YOU KNOW WHICH COVENANT YOU ARE UNDER, WHERE YOU WILL EXPERIENCE GOD'S LOVE?

In the old testament  you can see an angry God.

All about Mount Sinai, the mountain of God.

If the Idol worshippers touch the mountain, they were to be killed by the Levites. 3000 were.

Exodus 32:28

So the sons of Levi did according to the word of Moses, and about three thousand men of the people fell that day.

That's the old covenant.

In the New Covenant 3000 people were saved.

Acts 2:38-41

Then Peter said to them, Repent, and let everyone of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

"For the promise is to you and your children, and to all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call." And with many words he testified and exhorted them, saying, " Be saved from this perverse generation." Then those who gladly received his word were baptized and that day about three thousand were added to them.

God's mercy and grace and forgiveness is found in the New Covenant.

It's important that you understand which Covenant you are under, because if you read your bible and take things out of context, you could believe that God is an angry God.

You must know the time and the  Old Covenant context you are reading.

Beloved, yes, we see the angry side of God in the Old.

Then we see the loving side of God in the New at Mount Zion. He's still the same God, which has many facets to Him. Like a diamond.

In the New Covenant we are be transformed by the renewing of our mind in God's word.

As we renew our mind, transformation is taking place, we are becoming more like Jesus.

2Corintians 4:16

Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.

We start out sinful and unsaved.  Like a worm needing a cocoon. Where transformation takes place.

Isaiah 41:14 (God calls Jacob a worm)

Fear not, you worm Jacob, you men of Israel! I will help you, "says the Lord and your Redeemer, the Holy one of Israel.

We end up saved and growing into a beautiful butterfly one day.

While we are in the cocoon of life going through all our tests and trials, little by little we are being changed. We are ready to make a difference in the unsaved world.

Like the worm eats many leaves, like with us, while the process is taking place, our worm in our cocoon of life is eating up all the hidden sins, weaknesses, selfishness, wrong ambitions, the lack of  agape love, and unholy desires, all being dealt with by the Holy Spirit.

That's our training under the New Covenant.

WORM DEFINED:

Worm spiritually signifies transformation, renewal, and grounding, acting agents of change that breaks down patterns to allow new growth.

They often represent hidden, subconscious forces calling for introspection and humility.

Praise God that we are under the New Covenant, where the blood of Jesus cleanses us.

Where the Holy Spirit trains us, teaches us more about God's Kingdom.

Enjoy your time in the spiritual cocoon, a lot of activity going on. All to the Praise of God.

Beloved know the covenant you are under, it's where grace and truth are, and where you will get to know Jesus.

His loving Spirit, His great love for us His children.

God Bless your day

Jesus loves you
