BEING AT THE RIGHT PLACE, AT THE RIGHT TIME, WILL BEAR FRUIT.

When you leave the house, do you pray to be at the right place at the right time? 

The Holy Spirit wants to lead us to where we will be used of God.

He places people in our path to share about Jesus with, as the gospel is the good news people are waiting to hear.

Mark 16:15-16

"Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. "He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

I have had this happen so many times. either the timing that I intended to go to the store was delayed, only to find out later that the person I was to share Jesus with, had just come to work, it was his first day.

I love how the Holy Spirit works.

Is there a time when the Holy Spirit will not allow you to preach the gospel? Yes.

God's timing is everything. Paul was forbidden to preach in Asia, Bithynia.

Acts 16:6-7

Now when they had gone through Phrygia and the region of Galatia, they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach the word in Asia. After they had come to Mysia, they tried to go to Bithynia, but the Spirit did not permit them.

They were to go to Macedonia.

Being at the right place at the right time will produce fruit for the Kingdom of God.

They went to Philippi, where they were fruitful.

Read all of Philippian's and digest all that Paul had to said in God's word.

The Philippian jailor was saved and his household. 

Paul went down to the river where the women met, where prayers were always done. 

Lydia's heart was opened by the Lord, to hear what Paul was saying.

Acts 16:13-14

On the Sabbath we went out of the city to the riverside, where prayer was customarily made, and we sat down and spoke to the women who met there. Now a certain woman named Lydia heard us,. She was a seller of purple from the city of  Thyatira, Who worshipped God. The Lord opened her heart to heed the things spoken by Paul.

If you want to be fruitful, pray to be at the right place at the right time.

Beloved, God has left us a road map to follow.

We must learn to listen to the Holy Spirit's leading.

Philippians 3:20

For our citizenship is in heaven, which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Philippians 4:4-6

Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God.

 Because Paul followed the Holy Spirit, we have learned about our citizenship.

We learned to be anxious for nothing, to be gentle and rejoice always.

Philippians 4:8

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of a good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy-meditate on these things.

You see Beloved, all because Paul was at the right place at the right time, we are blessed with the book of Philippians.

It is so important that we follow the Holy Spirit's leading. Paul was very fruitful in Philippi, all because he obeyed the Lord's leading.

This made me think of what St. Francis of Assisi said-“Preach the Gospel at all times; when necessary, use words.” We must always be ready to share God’s love whether through word or deed.

WHEN INDIFFERENCE ENDS, THAT IS WHEN LOVE BEGINS.

  Don't look for love to come to you, instead, look  where you can give it. Galatians 5:13 For you brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. If you have been buried with Christ in baptism and raised in new life, then stop looking at the old you. Give the love that you always wanted to experience before you met Jesus. That unconditional love. If you noticed while reading the gospels that Jesus went out of His way to show the Fathers love, to provide what real love looks like. ARE WE USING THE AUTHORITY AND WEAPONS, JESUS HAS GIVEN TO US?

Beloved, sometimes we allow things to enter our life, that we need to use our spiritual authority and our weapons on to get free to do the works of the Lord. John 14:12-13 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.
