IS GOD STRETCHING OUR FAITH?

So many things are beyond our comprehension. Yet by faith we continue to walk with God and have faith in His word.

Hebrews 11:6 

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

There are things going on that cause us to use our faith in trusting Jesus, no matter what things seem to be. (deceptions)

Every trial we have is temporary. God has gone before us.

Our natural mind can become confused if we don't know God's word. But our spiritual mind is never confused.

Walking in the spirit takes faith and trust. Hanging onto God's grace. The Son will shine again.

Hebrews 12:1-2

Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which easily ensnares us, and let us run the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured  the cross, despising the shame, and sat down at the right hand of God.

We are completely frozen in our homes in places in America. 

No one can drive or walk on the thick ice and be safe.  Everything is icy.

Yet, there is always someone who has a Jesus heart, willing to go the second mile to put their self at risk willing to help someone, that is love in action.

Under all the snow and ice, are beautiful plants waiting to come up in the spring. They will come to life again. We will also, as we trust God's word.

Beloved, when we feel stuck, as soon as we place our mind on Jesus and His words of life, we will also feel unstuck, we will feel vibrant and alive again. 

Pray for more grace to take us to victory.

Stretching our faith requires pushing beyond our comfort zone. Pushing beyond our pain.

It can be painful at times, like when we stretch our body to be healthy.

1Corinthians 3:16,

Do you not know that  you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?

Keep in mind that Jesus and the Father,  and Holy Spirit lives inside of you. If you are saved.

So endure your trials of your faith while being stretched and tested.

Spiritual fitness is more important than physical fitness.

1Timothy 4:8

For bodily exercise profits little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.

God can stretch our faith in many ways.

Having us give up something or someone.

Stay in fellowship with those that are like minded.

Never speaking negative about anyone including ourselves. We all have to learn to control our tongue.

Psalm 34:13

Keep your tongue from evil. And you lips from speaking deceit.

James 1:26 

If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one's religion is useless.

God may be stretching your faith when stepping out into the unknown, in a new ministry, a new job, wherever we are, that is our ministry.

Great timing - the Lord was speaking to me today about "speaking", leading me to Ephesians 4 where the verses about "new life/creation" are followed by instructions related to the words we speak. I had never realized that connection before.

Faith-Trust! You have to know who God is and believe it. The Invisible God I serve is far greater than any visible hindrance before me! Don't doubt! Only believe!

The weaker we feel, the greater will HIS power be released in us, for HIS glory 🙌

Ah yes...perfect timing. My faith is being tested right now as we move forward in growing outreach of ministry. Faith is the evidence of things 'not seen' but I DO see them in the spirit...just not right now in the present.

WHEN INDIFFERENCE ENDS, THAT IS WHEN LOVE BEGINS.

  Don't look for love to come to you, instead, look  where you can give it. Galatians 5:13 For you brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. If you have been buried with Christ in baptism and raised in new life, then stop looking at the old you. Give the love that you always wanted to experience before you met Jesus. ARE WE USING THE AUTHORITY AND WEAPONS, JESUS HAS GIVEN TO US?

Beloved, sometimes we allow things to enter our life, that we need to use our spiritual authority and our weapons on to get free to do the works of the Lord. John 14:12-13 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. "And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that My Father may be glorified in the Son. When we are attacked,  We must start using the authority and the weapons that we have in the Lord.
