LEARNNG TO BE MORE PATIENT IN ALL WE DO AND EXPERIENCE.
We sometimes think we have learned being patient., until another trial comes along where patience is needed.
James 1:2-4
My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete lacking nothing.
I certainly have seen this in my life.
Learning to walk again, takes real patience especially if you have pain.
I am walking now, and learning a lot of patience.
Praying through the pain and learning to be patient in all I do. Never in a hurry.
Beloved, invite the Lord's presence in all you do.
The Greek word for patience:
Longsuffering, forbearance, and endurance.
Colossians 1:11
strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and long suffering with joy.
We may think we are a patient believer, but when tested with our patience, we realize that we have much to learn.
Because of God's great love for us, we can see how patient He is with us.
Be patient with each other, by this you will express the love of God.
The Holy Spirit will always point you back to Jesus and all that He has taught us in His word.
Learning to keep silent when we want to speak up, this will reveal patience at work.
Always listen to the Holy Spirit's leading.
Beloved, some things are not our business. Knowing when to speak and when to keep silent.
We can listen to someone and know how to pray.
Silent and listen have the same letters.
We can be patient while listening, yet keep silent
about what we have heard, until the Holy Spirit tells us to speak up.
You have heard the old saying, "fools rush in where angels fear to tread?
This is so true for those that have no patience.
Take time to pray before you open your mouth, and say things that are not God's time yet, and none of your business.
Our Lord was so patient, and He is our example to follow.
2Thessalians 3:5
Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ.
Beloved, be patient with each other, let patience have its perfect work.
God bless your day
Jesus loves you
