HOW IMPOTANT IS OBEDIENCE WHEN YOU ARE UNDER GOD'S GRACE AND MERCY.

If we really love Jesus, we will obey whatever He has said.

Luke 6:46

"But why do you call Me Lord, Lord; and not do the things I say?

Romans 1:5-6

Through Him we have received grace and apostleship for obedience to the faith among all nations for His name, among who you also are the called of Jesus Christ.

Some believers, say because they are under God's grace, that obedience can be set aside, put off for now. WRONG!

If you love Jesus, you will obey His word.

It is God's grace that gives you the strength to obey His word.

Beloved, we have all the fullness of God living in us through the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 3:19 (Part of a prayer Paul prayed for the believers)

to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with the fullness of God.

The fullness of God is in the love of God.

Do you realize how much God loves you?

Fullness refers to the totality of divine powers. It is all in Jesus, as He paid for it on the cross.

After the resurrection of Christ, we have a new life of peace, joy, and God's abundance in every area of our life, both spiritually and physically.

Life in the fullness of God, is a relationship with Jesus and obeying the Holy Spirit.

Having God's fullness means, that we have the nature of God in us, that is if you have made Jesus your Lord.

It is easy to obey when we allow that nature to manifest in our life.

Beloved, do we really understand just who our God is?

The creator who created the universes and named all the stars, and placed everything in the sky to help us on this earth, the moon and sun.

Can we begin to understand how God could write our names in His book and write all we will do, before we were even born?

Psalms 139:16

Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.

And in Your book they were all written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them.

Just because God came to us in human flesh, does not negate all that he is.

Every thing that we see on this earth was created for us. He created everything to reproduce its kind.

Beloved, obedience to the faith is given to us by God's grace.

We must learn to hear God's voice in order to know what we are to obey. His will is in His word.

So Beloved, hearing and obeying go together. 

It will help us act upon what we have heard in God's word.

When we love Jesus we will obey His word.

So put on your spiritual ears and make an effort to hear God's word daily.

Pray, and ask the Lord to open your spiritual ears. 

We know in the last days there will be a famine of the hearing the Word of God. (Amos 8-12)

So important to ask the Holy Spirit to show you what you need at this time in your new year.

Therefore, we have whatever it takes to obey all that God has said.

His blessings follow obedience. Obedience calls for action.

Powerful reminder that success in the Kingdom of God is measured by OBEDIENCE rather than results! This is NOT the Kingdom of Man, it IS the Kingdom of God and we will abide as instructed or pay a dear price for our disobedience and lack of Faith in the Living God! Great Word, Mama Joy!

Such a timely reminder at the beginning of a New Year! If we cannot obey The Lord who loves and watches over us, we will have many troubles.

DBD-Disobedience Brings Discipline

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. PREPARING FOR WHAT IS AHEAD OF US, AND TRUSTING GOD IN IT ALL.

  How do we prepare for what's ahead of us? By doing all that God's word has told us to do. We prepare for things that will effect us and our neighbors in the natural.  Natural first, then the spiritual. Pray for wisdom on what you are to do and purchase. Be prepared for emergencies of any kind. Weather, earthquakes, fires, war. Look at your brothers and sisters in other  countries, that were not prepared when disaster struck them. Pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters. Pray for all ministries that are doing God's will. Have food, water, medical supplies.  Have a resource for light.    Have some  candles, flash lights and oil lamps, new batteries. Usually the women do the preparing. Men are out working their jobs.
