WE REVEAL OUR FAITH, WHEN WE ARE OBEDIENT TO GOD'S WORD.

Let me ask you a question? 

Can you have faith and be a believer without being obedient? No you cannot!!

They are married together.  You cannot separate them. They are one.

Romans 1:5-6

Through Him we have received grace and apostleship for OBDIENCE to the faith among all nations for His name, among whom you also are called of Jesus Christ.

As a great man of God said " Only he who believes is obedient.  Only he who is obedient believes" Dietrick Bonhoffer.

When we are obedient, we will live out our faith.

Hebrews 3;18-19

And to whom did He swear that they would not enter His rest, but to those who did not obey? So we see that they could not enter in because of  unbelief.

Have you been praying for a certain thing or persons, yet withholding something in unbelief?

I do understand this action on your part, because I have also done the same thing. 

Only to have the Holy Spirit correct me and tell me that I was nullifying my prayers with my actions.

I repented, and saw God do a wonderful healing in that relationship.

Beloved, God's ways are not our ways.

Isaiah 55;8

"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," says the Lord. For the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.

Being faithful to the word of God and obeying the promptings of the Holy Spirit, go hand in hand.

No matter what our mind and emotions try to tell us to interfere with God's plan, it is our actions that will reveal our faith.

Hebrews 11:6

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Beloved, when you hear or see something, check it in the bible and see if it is of God.

When we obey the Lord, it will reveal our great faith in our God, so take Him at His word.

Some things that God will ask us to do, will not make sense to our natural mind, but when we obey God, we will not only see the reason, but it will also bear fruit of righteousness.

Be obedient to God's word no matter how you feel. It will show the Lord that you trust Him.

James 1:22-25

But be doers of the word, and not hears only, deceiving yourselves.  For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was.

But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and CONTINUES in it, is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.

Beloved, obedience and faith will reveal that our actions are of God.

Our life style will reveal our faith by obeying God's word.

There is not a better demonstration of our worship to God then to obey Him. 

Just like Abraham did when he took Isaac up to worship on the sacrificial mountain. Think on this! 

He spoke faith to the others, that he and the lad would return.

Reading the Word teaches us about God. Obedience to the Word is where we get to know God!

WHY DOES GOD ALLOW OFFENCES TO COME INTO OUR LIFE? PART 2

How do we deal with offences that we have experienced? Proverbs 17:9 He who covers a transgression seeks love, but he who repeats a matter separates friends. So, how do we deal with an offence, we cover it with the grace of God and love. Just as God does for us when we are  displeasing to Him. When we cover an offence with God's grace we overlook it and choose to give something of value to ourselves, Peace and rest for our soul. Beloved, our security is in Jesus not in other peoples opinions of us. SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. Just speaking His name, we inhale YAH and exhale WEH.   YHWH means breath of life. Our Jewish brothers and sisters know the name of God means breath of God.
