MUSIC IS THE ECHO OF GOD'S VOICE.

Years ago, a friend gave me a music box, and on the front of it, It says Music is the echo of God's voice.

 Don't you find it interesting that God sent out worshipers before the army?

2Chronicles 20:21

And when he has consulted with the people, he appointed those who should sing to the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying: "Praise the Lord, For His mercy endures forever."

At the Passover meal, Jesus sang a song with the disciples before His arrest in the garden.

It was the tradition to sing Psalms 113 and 118 at the Passover.

Can you imagine singing Praise before being beaten and tortured, and crucified?

Jesus did at the Passover meal.

When Saul was tormented by evil spirits, David would play and sing and kept the evil spirits off of Saul.

God created songs. It's a precious gift to His children.

Yes, Beloved, music is the echo of God's voice.

No wonder that the world has perverted this great gift with lyrics that mock God.

It can be irritating and disturbing to our spirit when the world's music is a lie, and just noise.

Beloved, I am a music lover. I love all kinds of music. Classical, country, some old time secular

songs that speak of good things, great orchestra.

It is so calming to our spirit to listen and sing to praise music. 

Any kind of music that is calming to our soul, is good to listen to.

Psalms 98:1-6

Oh, sing to the Lord a new song!  For He has done marvelous things; His right hand and His holy arm have gained Him the victory.  

The Lord has made known His salvation;  His righteousness He has revealed in the sight of the nations.

He has remembered His mercy and His faithfulness to the house of Israel; All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth; Break forth in song, rejoice, and sing praises.

Sing to the Lord with harp, with the harp and the sound of a psalm,  With trumpets and the sound of a horn; Shout joyfully before the Lord, the king.

God's word is full of songs and praise. Psalms.

Beloved, when your mind starts to wander, and  you fill uneasy, put praise music on and  return your focus to Jesus.

I find myself singing to Jesus while doing my dishes or cleaning house.

It is so wonderful to belong to Jesus.

The Holy spirit has given me several songs that I have written about our Lord.

One is: Prepare My Heart.

Prepare my heart O God, for what's ahead of me, Prepare my heart O God, to know the plan you see. 

Prepare my heart O God to walk in victory, prepare my heart O God, to be all you see. 

That's just a taste of what the Holy Spirit has given to me.

I love writing songs that speak of my life in Jesus.

God's word says sing a new song to the Lord.

You will be surprised how easy those new songs come to you, when you are in close fellowship with the Holy spirit.

God's word tells us to sing a new song!

Psalms 98

O, sing to the Lord a new song!

Something new has never been before.  You have them inside of you, because the Holy Spirit knows them all. 

He is the author of the word of God and song.

Beloved, think of your own situation, and ask the Holy Spirit to give you a new song from your heart that fits your situation.

As a professional musician this message was "right up my alley!" Music is a gift from God, but like any gift, it can be twisted and distorted (e.g. RAP, Heavy Metal) What we will hear in heaven will be SO FAR ABOVE and beyond what is on earth. I cannot imagine!

Thankyou Mama Joy, I love this blessing you have given. Music...I can remember hearing you singing early early early in the a.m. before the WORD WOULD COME THROUGH TO YOU. NOW I DO THE SAME. THE MIZMOR THE SONGS OF DELIVERANCE ARE SO POWERFUL. IN THE PRISON WHERE I WAS A CHAPLAIN, I WOULD BE LED TO SING, I FOUND OUT LATER AT THOSE MOMENTS RIOTS WERE STOPPED MURDER CEASED AND LIFE WAS SUSTAINED, SUICIDE STOPPED FROM HANGING HIMSELF IN A CELL. WE HAVE NO IDEA THE POWER OF THE GIFT OF SONG,
THANKYOU FOR PASSING ON AND GIVING WHAT YEHOVAH AND OUR KING AND MAKER HAS GIVEN YOU. MAY THE SAINTS SING ALOUD ON OUR BEDS AND MAY HE PUT HIS SONGS IN OUR HEART HALLELUYAH

JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. Read God's word and see how many times He chose to bless and not curse His people. God knows our every move and cares that we understand there is obedience to His word that will help us.
