ARE YOU TRYING TO FIGURE EVERYTHING OUT, OR ARE YOU TRUSTING GOD?

  We can wear ourselves out trying to figure everything out that is happening around us.

Beloved, we need to have God's wisdom.  We have it in Jesus.

God's wisdom and humility are linked together.

Proverbs 11:2

When pride comes, then comes shame:  But with the humble is wisdom.

No one can be wise without being humble.  They go hand and hand. Linked together.

A humble person is willing to ask for help when needed.  And we all do need help from time to time.

A person full of God's wisdom knows and understands that there is so much more to learn and grow by.  

Luke 2:52

And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and  in favor with God and men.

We are no different, we also must grow in wisdom.  

It is a process every believer must go through in order to grow in our faith in Jesus.

We must learn and know the difference between worldly wisdom and knowledge, and spiritual wisdom from God.

BIG DIFFERENCE!

Spiritual wisdom comes from the Holy Spirit.

As we read God's word, we gain spiritual wisdom.  When we pray and ask God for wisdom we will receive her.

Proverbs 4:5-7

Get wisdom!  Get understanding!  Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth.  Do not forsake her, she will preserve you;  Love her, and she will keep you.

Wisdom is the principle thing;  Therefore get wisdom.  And in all your getting, get understanding.

Proverbs 2:6-

For the Lord gives wisdom;  From His mouth comes knowledge and understanding; He stores up sound wisdom for the upright.  He is a shield to those who walk uprightly;

Proverbs 16:16

How much better to get wisdom than gold!  And to get understanding is to  be chosen rather than silver.

James 1:5

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

Spiritual wisdom is knowing what is good for you and applying it to all you do and say.

Spiritual wisdom is not the same as knowledge.

You can learn facts and truths, but if not applied to your life, then you are not wise.

Spiritual wisdom is only found in Jesus.  It is a gift from God to His children in the faith.

Remember Beloved, Spiritual wisdom is seeing things as God sees them.

Whatever challenge we go through there is an answer to bring you through in victory.

James 3:13-17

Who is wise and understanding among you?  Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in meekness of wisdom.

But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth.  This wisdom does not descend from above,  but is earthly, sensual, demonic.

For where envy and self-seeking exist,  confusion and every evil thing are there.

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.  Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

Beloved, these scriptures say it all.  We need the wisdom of God to be able to show mercy, stay in peace and to see things as God sees them.

These are words that we need to speak into our lives each day! I am aware and very much love the maxim: no humility-no wisdom! Cannot have one without the other! Bless you, dear sister!

I love this Mama Joy! I pray I will keep this in check as I go through the storms I am going through which must have HIS wisdom and not responses from my soul but to use his wisdom and ask for it only then can I have peace. My heart responses bring the opposite. Blessings and love to you. Miss you.

Was just reading this morning about wisdom, knowledge, and prophecy being spiritual gifts in 1 Corinthians 12:7-11 - "Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines."

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong.
