UNDERSTANDING OUR HEAVENLY FATHER'S LOVE.

Do you have a pure devotion to Jesus?

He is a perfect picture of the Father.  He reveals His nature, and His compassion for humanity.

John 14:8-11

Philip said to him,  Lord show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us,"

Jesus said to him,  "Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip?

He who seen Me has seen the Father, so how can you say, "Show us the Father"?

Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me?

The words that I speak to you, I do not speak on My own authority;  but the Father who dwells in Me does the works.  Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves.

Jesus has a close relationship of love with the Father.  A fathers love is so important.

It means we are cared for, loved, and secure in his arms, feeling safe.

Many of us did not have an earthly fathers love growing up, we are all flawed even some of our fathers.

They made mistakes like us all.

However, our heavenly Father is perfect and has no flaws, His love, grace and mercy and protection, are His nature.

Look at Jesus and you will know the Fathers nature.  You will see His love in action.

As you read the gospels you will see clearly by demonstration the Father's love flowing through Jesus Christ.

A child that is fatherless, you can tell them over and over that God the Father loves them, but it is so hard for them to believe as they have had no example to adhere too.  

So it takes a while for them to know God as a Father of love.

Because the enemy has convinced them that they are not lovable.

Our prisons are full of the fatherless. Male and female.  Their is a void in their life that only Jesus through the Holy Spirit can fill.

Matthew 25:35-40

"for I was hungry and you gave Me food;  I was thirsty and you gave Me drink,  I was a stranger and you took Me in;  I was naked and you clothed Me;  I was sick and you visited Me;  I was in prison and you came to Me.

Then the righteous will answer him, saying "Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you a drink?

When did wee see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You?

"Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?

And the King will answer and say to them,  "assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.

The men and women who grew up fatherless, will always be looking for love in all the wrong places. This leads to drug use, alcohol over indulgence. An endless cycle of pain.

Women will give their bodies to get the love,  men will give the love to get their body.  So sad but true.  It is an endless cycle of a fatherless life.

JESUS CAME TO SET THE CAPTIVE FREE!

There are so many that need our love and understanding, patience and unconditional love.

We must be a reflection of our Fathers love to them.  Look beyond their false and see their need.  Just like Jesus did.

People need to see Jesus with skin on.  Humanity that demonstrates God's love and nature.

Beloved, be Jesus with skin on, as my friend Carol once told me.  When I pointed her to Jesus and His love for her, she said those words and they have stuck with me for years.  

It is true, people need to see Jesus in us, then they will trust the Father's love for them.

BE JESUS WITH SKIN ON!

Amen and Amen!!! It’s time for us (christian’s) to shine bright for Jesus! To step out of our comfort zone and be HIS hands and feet. It’s not about us it’s about being the vessel that God wants to use each and everyday to reach a lost and dying world. Open your eyes because there are so many who need the love of Christ like never before. So many that need to see the real Christ to experience the the true love of Christ!!! Wake up wake up wake up the fields are ready for harvesting!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️See who’s life you can touch today as you ask the Lord to lead you.

This is so very true. Jesus came to me while i was in jail. He showed me the love i have never felt before and i will never forget it.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. Read God's word and see how many times He chose to bless and not curse His people. God knows our every move and cares that we understand there is obedience to His word that will help us.
