We already have every spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus.

What are those spiritual blessings?

Ephesians 1:3

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ,

1. We are chosen from the foundation of the world.

Ephesians 1:4

just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love.

2. We are adopted in the family of God.

Ephesians 1:5

Having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good  pleasure of His will,

3. We are accepted in the Beloved.

Ephesians 1:6

to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved,

4. We already have redemption, forgiveness of sins.

Ephesians 1:7

In Him we have redemption through His blood, and forgiveness of sins, according the riches of His grace.

5. We can know the mystery of God's will.

Ephesians 1:9-10

having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself,  that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on the earth -in Him.

6. We have also obtained an inheritance.

Ephesians 1:11

In Him we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will.

7. We have been sealed with the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 1:13-14

In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession to the praise of His glory.

8. He gave us power to overcome and transform us.

1 John 4:4

You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater that he who is in the world.

There are numerous spiritual blessings God has already given to us, as we grow in our faith we will see more and more of those blessings in our life.

We need all the blessings God has for us to survive on this earth, both natural and spiritual.

Beloved, when God gave us our spiritual blessings He gave us more of Himself.

We have so many benefits as the inherited children of God.  We need to often remind ourselves of who we are in Jesus Christ and Who's we are.

Psalm 103 1:2-5

Bless the Lord, O my soul and forget not all His benefits; who forgives ALL you iniquities , who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagles.

God has given us good food, natural food to keep us healthy so that our youth is renewed and so that we will fulfill all our days.

Beloved, study the spiritual blessings we already have, these are not natural blessings that we already have, these are from heaven and are sealed.

This world is not our home, it is a temporary abode.  

Never forget the spiritual blessing we have in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Sometimes we don't recognize, or take for granted our spiritual blessings. This is such a wonderful reminder of what God has made freely available to us🙏
