UPDATE ON JOY 12-14-2020


You're not going to believe this... but, there is a chance Mom may be home by Christmas!  I spoke to her cardiologist who said that they will see how her rhythm goes after the bypass is complete before proceeding with a pacemaker. 

At the moment, her surgery is scheduled for Thursday. As she looks today, rehab would be for 1 week after that. 

Thank you all for your prayers. Clearly, they have had a great affect.

THERE IS A GODLY FEAR THAT WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND.

 The fear that I am talking about, is for us to be in AWE of the God we have given our life to. Psalm 111:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Since it is the beginning, that means it is on going.  Teaching us every step of the way. Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. Matthew 10:27-28 (Jesus speaking) "Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops. And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.   But fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. The Greek word for fear is terror, and dread, but the next one is for us believers.  Reverence and Awe. The Hebrew word for fear is just reverence and respect. HOW IMPORTANT IS OBEDIENCE, WHEN WE ARE LIVING UNDER THE GRACE OF GOD?

Beloved, there are those that do not obey God's word, because they think that grace covers them. They believe that they can do whatever they desire, because they are under God's grace.  This is not true. Obedience to God's word with the Grace of God, will produce great results.  Grace and obedience are  team.
