WE HAVE A SHIELD OF PROTECTION CALLED THE SHIELD OF FAITH.

OUR SHIELD COVERS OUR FRONT SIDE FOR A REASON.  
IT FILTERS OUT BAD THINGS LIKE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS, FEARS, UNCERTAINTIES.

 OUR FAITH IS OUR PROTECTION FROM THE ENEMY WEAPONS.  
THE SHIELD OF FAITH COVERS US FROM HEAD TO TOE. 
NOTE THAT IT DOES NOT COVER YOUR BACKSIDE.

 YOU WERE MEANT TO STAND UP TO YOUR ENEMY NOT TURN AND RUN, AS YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY OVER HIM. 

 MATTHEW 16:19
AND I WILL GIVE YOU THE KEYS OF THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, AND WHATEVER YOU BIND ON EARTH, WILL BE BOUND IN HEAVEN, AND WHATEVER YOU LOOSE ON EARTH WILL BE LOOSE IN HEAVEN.

 JESUS GAVE YOU THE KEYS TO THE KINGDOM.

 EPHESIANS 6:14-18
STAND THEREFORE, HAVING GIRDED YOUR WAIST WITH TRUTH, HAVING PUT ON THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, AND HAVING SHOD YOUR FEET WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL OF PEACE;
ABOVE ALL, TAKING THE SHIELD OF FAITH WITH WHICH YOU WILL BE ABLE TO QUENCH ALL THE FIERY DARTS OF THE WICKED ONE.
AND TAKE THE HELMET OF SALVATION AND THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT, WHICH IS THE WORD OF GOD; 
PRAYING ALWAYS WITH ALL PRAYER AND SUPPLICATION IN THE SPIRIT, BEING WATCHFUL TO THIS END WITH ALL PERSEVERANCE AND SUPPLICATION FOR ALL THE SAINTS.

 BELOVED, NEVER RUN AWAY FROM THE DEVIL WHEN YOU ARE IN BATTLE. 
REMEMBER DAVID AND GOLIATH? WELL DAVID RAN TO HIM,  NOT AWAY FROM HIM. 

 RUN AWAY FROM SIN, BUT NEVER LEAVE YOUR BACKSIDE VULNERABLE WHERE A FIERY DARK CAN HIT YOU.
IF YOU RUN IN FEAR, HE WILL PURSUE YOU AND OVERTAKE YOU AND MAKE YOU MORE MISERABLE.
THAT'S HIS CALLING CARD.

 THAT SHIELD OF FAITH IS THERE TO PROTECT YOU, IT COVERS YOUR HEART, WHERE THE MOST DAMAGE CAN BE DONE.

 SO USE YOUR SHIELD OF FAITH AND KNOW YOU WILL WIN OVER THE FIERY DARTS. THEY WILL BE QUENCHED.

 WHEN FEAR COMES KNOCKING, SEND JESUS TO ANSWER THE DOOR. 
LET FAITH ARISE.

 PSALM 23:5-6
YOU PREPARE A TABLE BEFORE ME IN THE PRESENCE OF MY ENEMIES; 
YOU ANOINT MY HEAD WITH OIL; 
MY CUP RUNS OVER, SURELY GOODNESS AND MERCY SHALL FOLLOW ME ALL THE DAYS OF MY LIFE; 
AND I WILL DWELL IN THE HOUSE OF THE LORD FOREVER.

 BELOVED, THAT TABLE IS THE WORD OF GOD.  GOD'S SPIRITUAL FOOD. 
BE SO FILLED WITH THE WORD OF GOD THAT YOUR ENEMY WILL RUN.

 MY PASTOR IN SAN ANTONIO, JOHN HAGEE, QUOTED GOD'S WORD WHEN HE WAS SHOT AT DURING THE SERVICE, NOT ONE BULLET REACHED HIM.  
THE ANGELS WERE BUSY.  
THE POLICE SAID THE BULLETS DEFLECTED INTO THE WALL.

 WHERE THE WORD OF KING JESUS IS, THERE IS POWER!!

 FIGHT YOUR ENEMY WITH THE WORD OF GOD, AND KEEP YOUR SHIELD OF FAITH ON.
JESUS IS THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF OUR FAITH. 

 HEBREWS 12:2
LOOKING UNTO JESUS, THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF OUR FAITH, WHO FOR THE JOY THAT WAS SET BEFORE HIM ENDURED THE CROSS, DESPISING THE SHAME, AND HAS SAT DOWN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF THE THRONE OF GOD.

 JUDE 1:20-21
BUT YOU BELOVED, BUILDING YOURSELVES UP ON YOUR MOST HOLY FAITH, 
PRAYING IN THE HOLY SPIRIT, KEEP YOURSELVES IN THE LOVE OF GOD LOOKING FOR THE MERCY  OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST UNTO ETERNAL LIFE.

 FAITH IS TRUSTING GOD, NO MATTER HOW THINGS LOOK OR SOUND. 
FAITH= FOR ALL I TRUST HIM.

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. Just speaking His name, we inhale YAH and exhale WEH.   YHWH means breath of life. Our Jewish brothers and sisters know the name of God means breath of God. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD!!  YOU ARE NOT TO COMMAND HIM,  YOU ARE TO ASK HIM, HONOR HIM, AND RESPECT HIM AND HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM.  I have heard some believers young in their faith and understanding, say that they have prayed for such a thing and God will give it to them. They are trusting in their faith, not their faith in God. (Works of the flesh, which is witchcraft) Witchcraft is attempting to manipulate your environment or circumstances. (SELF) Works of the flesh. Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.
