OUR LIFE IS FULL OF PITFALLS, PLACES TO TRIP US UP.

 THERE ARE PITFALLS EVERYWHERE IN OUR CHRISTIAN WALK.  TRAPS THAT ARE SET TO TRIP US UP.

FALLING ISN'T OUR DEFEAT, OUR DEFEAT COMES WHEN  WE FALL AND FAIL  AND REFUSE TO GET BACK UP.

PROVERBS 24:16

FOR A RIGHTEOUS MAN MAY FALL SEVEN TIMES, AND RISE AGAIN, BUT THE WICKED SHALL FALL BY CALAMITY.

PROVERBS 24:21-22

MY SON, FEAR THE LORD AND THE KING;  DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THOSE GIVEN TO CHANGE;  FOR THEIR CALAMITY WILL RISE SUDDENLY, AND WHO KNOWS THE RUIN THOSE TWO CAN BRING?


BELOVED, BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU SET YOUR FOOT.  THE ENEMY, BE IT, THE WORLD, THE FLESH OR THE DEVIL, WILL SET A TRAP FOR YOUR FEET.

I KNOW OF A CASE WHERE A MINISTER WENT INTO A SITUATION AND BELIEVING HE COULD HELP THESE GUYS FIND JESUS.  

HE ENDED UP BEING JUST LIKE THE GUYS HE WENT IN TO HELP.

HE IS NO LONGER IN MINISTRY. SUCH A SWEET GODLY MAN, AND A TRAP WAS SET FOR HIM AND HE FELL INTO THE PIT.

JESUS SENT THEM OUT TWO BY TWO FOR GOOD REASON. WHERE TWO AGREE IN PRAYER THEIR IS POWER AND ONE CAN BACK-UP THE OTHER.


BELOVED WE NEED EACH OTHER TO BE ACCOUNTABLE TO.  

NOT ONE OF US ARE STRONG ENOUGH ON OUR OWN TO DISCERN A PIT IS AHEAD.

GOOD INTENTIONS PAVE THE ROAD TO HELL.


ECCLESIASTES 4:9-10

TWO ARE BETTER THAN ONE.  BECAUSE THEY HAVE GOOD REWARD FOR THEIR LABOR.  

FOR IF THEY FALL, ONE WILL LIFT UP HIS COMPANION.  BUT WOE TO HIM WHO IS ALONE WHEN HE FALLS, FOR HE HAS NO ONE TO HELP HIM UP.


WE NEED EACH OTHER, WE ARE THE BODY ON THIS EARTH TO SHARE JESUS WITH THE LOST, WE ARE NOT TO JOIN THE LOST AND THEIR LIFESTYLE IN THE WORLD TO REACH THEM.


IF YOU THINK OF SOMEONE YOU HAVEN'T HEARD FROM FOR AWHILE, CALL THEM, LET THEM KNOW YOU WERE THINKING OF THEM AND PRAYING FOR THEM.

THESE ARE STRANGE TIMES WE LIVE IN, AND WE NEED TO UPHOLD EACH OTHER, NOT ONLY IN PRAYER, BUT IN OUR COMMUNICATION WITH THEM.

HEAR THEIR VOICE, LISTEN CAREFULLY TO THEIR WORDS.  

GOD WILL REVEAL WHAT THEY NEED FROM YOU.  LOVE THEM WITH GOD'S UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

BE SILENT WHEN THEY TALK, HAVE A SPIRITUAL EAR TO HEAR.


YOU KNOW LISTEN AND SILENT, HAVE THE SAME LETTERS.  

GOD GAVE US TWO EARS, ONE MOUTH.

LET GOD IN YOU, USE THEM TO LIFT UP ANOTHER.

1 PETER 1:22

SINCE YOU HAVE PURIFIED YOUR SOULS IN OBEYING THE TRUTH THROUGH THE SPIRIT OF INSINCERE LOVE FOR THE BRETHREN, LOVE ONE ANOTHER FERVENTLY WITH A PURE HEART.

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. Just speaking His name, we inhale YAH and exhale WEH.   YHWH means breath of life. Our Jewish brothers and sisters know the name of God means breath of God. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD!!  YOU ARE NOT TO COMMAND HIM,  YOU ARE TO ASK HIM, HONOR HIM, AND RESPECT HIM AND HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM.  I have heard some believers young in their faith and understanding, say that they have prayed for such a thing and God will give it to them. They are trusting in their faith, not their faith in God. (Works of the flesh, which is witchcraft) Witchcraft is attempting to manipulate your environment or circumstances. (SELF) Works of the flesh. Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.
