PRAISING GOD RELEASES GREAT POWER AND PLACES YOU IN GOD'S PRESENCE.

PLACING OURSELVES IN THE LORD'S HANDS IS THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE.

DON'T ALLOW A STRESSFUL SITUATION TO DISCOURAGE YOU, TRUST GOD , HE IS BIGGER THAN ANYTHING THAT CAN HAPPEN IN YOUR LIFE.

WHEN YOU HAVE DONE ALL YOU KNOW TO DO, ALL THAT GOD'S WORD SAYS TO DO, THEN START PRAISING THE LORD!

PRAISING GOD WILL CHANGE YOUR ATMOSPHERE AND YOUR PROBLEM WILL SEEM SMALLER AND SMALLER.

Remember Paul and Silas in the  prison? They were beaten with rods. Beaten and bloody, and in the deepest nastiest cell and fastened their feet in stocks.  (Read all of acts 16, it will bless your day)

Acts 16:25-26  (Read the whole chapter)
But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing to God and the prisoners were listening to them.
Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; immediately all the doors were opened and everyone's chains were loosed.

If  singing praises to God can cause an earthquake and chains to be supernaturally broke off,
what do you think your praises will do with the chains holding onto you in a given situation?

Only two of God's servants were responsible for the miracle they all received as songs of praise went up to God.

Psalm 147:1
Praise the Lord!  For it is good to sing praises to our God. For it is pleasant and praise is beautiful.

Praise is powerful, it releases all doubt, and fear, and it places you in the presence of the Lord.

Where there is rest for your soul.

Beloved, God lives inside of our praises, the KJV, says that He inhabits our praise, while the NKJV says He is enthroned in our praises.

Psalm 22:3
But you are enthroned in the praises of Israel.

Remember that we are grafted into Israel, so this is speaking to the church as well.

Ask yourself, if you were like Paul and Silas, beaten and hurting, could you sing praise to our Lord?

It would be a real test of your faith, or would you whine and complain, where is God?

He is always with us and in us and going before us and He is our real guard, we can't lose, Jesus the God of the universe is always with us.

Hebrews 13:5-6
Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have.
For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."
So we may boldly say;
"The Lord is my helper; I will not fear.  What can man do to me?"

Beloved, when you find yourself in a tight spot, just start praising the Lord, and your perspective will change and God's power will be released in your situation. PRAISE IS POWERFUL!

Remember we enter His gates with thanksgiving, but we enter His courts with praise!

There is a lot of singing going on in heaven, read Revelation, and note how many mentions there are with song.
Revelation 5:9 ( a new song) and 15:3  The Moses song.

Sing praises to our Lord and you will sense His presence.
Like my Pastor used to say years ago, don't depend on feelings, but they sure are nice when they come.

Re-read the story of Paul and Silas, meditate on the whole thing.
They did not focus on themselves, but their focus was on the Lord.

See how God used a bad situation, to bring salvation to a whole household, all because of songs of praise releasing power.

THIS IS PENTECOST SUNDAY, REMEMBER THE GREAT GIFT GOD GAVE US OF HIS HOLY SPIRIT.
SING SONGS ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT.
( Remember, the gift came when they were all in one accord, one heart and mind)

Here's some songs about the Holy Spirit.

1. Come Holy Spirit I need you.

2. There's a sweet sweet Spirit in this place.

3. Spirit of the living God, and many more.

God Bless your day
Jesus loves you,

Love in Jesus
Joy
