BELIEVERS WHO FOLLOW JESUS, HAVE BEEN EMPOWERED FOR THEIR LIFE IN THE LORD.

THOSE OF US WHO ARE CHRISTIANS, WHO BELIEVE GOD'S WORD AND FOLLOW JESUS, HAVE THE EMPOWERMENT WE NEED.

 WE HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT LIVING INSIDE OF US.
HE HAS GIVEN US THE POWER AND JESUS GAVE US THE AUTHORITY, TO USE HIS NAME FOR GODLY RESULTS IN MINISTRY.

 2 Peter 1:10-11
Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

 Do what things, what is Peter talking about?
We are to add to our faith:

 Its all found in the verses of 2 Peter 5-9.
Godliness, brotherly kindness, love, virtue, knowledge, self-control, perseverance.

 Study what these all mean in your life.

We have to grow in our faith and in the grace of God. 
We have been empowered with the Holy Spirit, and He will teach us as we grow more and more to be like Jesus.  We will need more grace as we grow. 
James 4:5-6
Or do you think that the scripture says in vain.  "The Spirit who dwells in you yearns jealously"?But He gives more grace. Therefore He says; "God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble."
(proverbs 3:34)

 As we grow in our knowledge of the Lord, we will need more grace, (Gods unmerited favor) when we understand what it means to live in the grace of God, we will be careful with others peoples hearts.

 Beloved, we have all we need to have a victorious life in the Lord.  

 So why are there so many defeated believers?

 We have to learn how to use those benefits to bless others and to show the real love of Jesus in our life.
(Psalm 103:1-5)

Remember that this old flesh will rise up first, you die daily to that old flesh, and become alive in the Holy Spirit. 
The Holy Spirit will show mercy and love and share truth. Truth that will transform.

 Yes beloved, we have been given all we need in Christ to walk in godliness, perseverance, and brotherly love.

 It is a choice we have to make to be like Jesus in our actions and reactions. 
We already have been empowered.

 It is time we realize that fact and move in the power of the Holy Spirit, use what gifts God has placed in us, to bring change and hope. 

 Showing Jesus' nature.  This world needs to see Jesus in all we say and do. 
So that they will want what we have, peace in the midst of the storm.

 Bring light into peoples darkness.  We are the light of the world.

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. Just speaking His name, we inhale YAH and exhale WEH.   YHWH means breath of life. Our Jewish brothers and sisters know the name of God means breath of God. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD!!  YOU ARE NOT TO COMMAND HIM,  YOU ARE TO ASK HIM, HONOR HIM, AND RESPECT HIM AND HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM.  I have heard some believers young in their faith and understanding, say that they have prayed for such a thing and God will give it to them. They are trusting in their faith, not their faith in God. (Works of the flesh, which is witchcraft) Witchcraft is attempting to manipulate your environment or circumstances.
