ARE YOU LOOKING FOR THE ANTI-CHRIST, OR THE RETURN OF JESUS CHRIST?

We see the anti-Christ spirit working everywhere in this world today. 

 That spirit is working in high places to bring confusion, and deception to our world. Trying to divide and conquer.

 1 John 2:18-19
Little children, it is the last hour, and as you have heard that the Anti-christ is coming, even now many anti-christ have come, by which we know that it is the last hour.
They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us, but they went out that they might be made manifested, that none of them were of us.

 Many that we perceive to be part of the body are not.  They want the attention and glory they receive from man, and the benefits of the wisdom of the body of Christ,but their heart is in the world.

 The body of Christ has spiritual insights that they want to use.

 They do not endure long, but have enough knowledge to twist God's word for their benefits.

 John made that clear in his scripture we just read.
Beloved, are you looking for Jesus any day now?

 Hebrews 9:28
So Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many.
To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.

 Occupy your mind with the fact Jesus could come any minute. Do not concentrate on looking for the anti-christ!  Look for Christ Jesus our Lord.

 Luke 21:36
"Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man."

 (We are worthy because of the blood of the Lord and if you have received the Lord and are His disciple, obeying His word by not loving this world or the things in it, but loving God with all your heart and obeying His word!

 Is there plenty of oil in your lamp?  Have you extra in case your lamp light gets dull? Does your wick need trimming?

 Are you filled with the Holy Spirit, who is our fuel for our life by which our light shines bright?

 Remember the five wise and foolish virgins.  (Matthew 25: 1-13) Anyway you look at it, that is half!

 Do you have the fire of the Holy Spirit shining bright in your life? 
Don't concentrate on the world and what the world is doing, they have always been polluted with deception and self- interest.

 LOOK TO JESUS, THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF OUR FAITH!

 As you read the word of God you will find peace for this confusing time in the world we live in, but we are not part of the fear and confusion.  

 God is in control!

 We belong to the world of faith, love, forgiveness, comfort, helping each other to grow, we belong to the world of redemption and salvation, righteousness and truth, we choose to walk in the holiness that Jesus provided.

 That doesn't make us any better, only different.

 Beloved, the enemy has tried to separate us, like the wolf does to the lambs in the field, but we are a force not to be reckoned with, as when we are together,  and in agreement we are stronger, more discerning.

 So keep your eyes on the skies, Jesus will call us home sooner than you think.  I look for Jesus daily, nothing in this world can hold me. 

 (1 Thessalonians 5:1-20) study each word, it will comfort you. Especially verse 9 where it says:

 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD!!  YOU ARE NOT TO COMMAND HIM,  YOU ARE TO ASK HIM, HONOR HIM, AND RESPECT HIM AND HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM.  I have heard some believers young in their faith and understanding, say that they have prayed for such a thing and God will give it to them.
