ARE YOU READY TO LEAVE THIS EARTH IF JESUS SHOULD COME TODAY?

EVERYDAY WE SHOULD BE READY TO MEET JESUS, THE ONE WHO LOVES US SO MUCH THAT HE DIED IN OUR PLACE, YET ROSE AGAIN SO THAT WE COULD HAVE NEW LIFE.

 JOHN 6:47
"MOST ASSUREDLY, I SAY TO YOU, HE WHO BELIEVES IN ME HAS EVERLASTING LIFE.

 THERE WILL BE NO U-HAUL BEHIND OUR HEARSE, SO AS WE CAME INTO THIS WORLD, SO WE WILL GO OUT, NAKED.

 Hold the things on this earth lightly, never think there is plenty of time for this or that.  
There is only time to love and be loved. 

 We only have today, live it to the full, making sure you show God's love in some way to someone, either with words or actions.

 JOHN 2:24
'MOST A ASSUREDLY, I SAY TO YOU, HE WHO HEARS MY WORD AND BELIEVES IN HIM WHO SENT ME HAS EVERLASTING LIFE, AND SHALL NOT COME INTO JUDGMENT. BUT HAS PASSED FROM DEATH INTO LIFE.

 BELOVED, THAT IS THE GOOD NEWS THAT EVERYONE WANTS TO HEAR.

 Jesus said in an hour you think not, the Son of Man will come.

 Are you ready ?

 Will He find you doing the Father's business?
Or are you so caught up in this world that you do not see all the signs Jesus spoke of? (Matthew 24: 4-14)  (Luke 21:25-28)

 All of us should take a good look around us and see who Jesus has placed in our path to share the good news with. God directs our steps.

 Praise the Lord beloved, look around you, you will leave all that you see behind you, when that trumpet sounds. Nothing is worth hanging onto in this material world.

 Luke 21:36
"Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man."

OUR WORTHINESS IS WHEN WE ARE IN CHRIST JESUS.

 I noticed when tornadoes hit peoples homes, all they were looking for were pictures of their loved ones.  They didn't look for the new couch or frig, or TV, they wanted memories of their life and loved ones.

 That is where we should be with all these earthly things.
Its there to use not to treasure, not to love. 

 We are to use things, and love people, not use people and love things!

 Beloved, be ready, and while you are out and about
think of what you could do today to bring hope to someone out there, reminding them that Jesus loves them.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. Read God's word and see how many times He chose to bless and not curse His people. God knows our every move and cares that we understand there is obedience to His word that will help us.
