Are you moved into action, when you feel compassion?

Compassion is the ability to feel the pain in others.
Jesus our Lord showed great compassion to those hurting.

 Though He had compassion when healing others, but He told them the truth of why they were in that condition. "Go and sin no more, less something worse will come upon you" (John 5:14-15)

 When our compassion leads us into action, we need to be like Jesus and do what needs doing, but be sure to share with them about God's forgiveness and how much He loves them, And that sin, will bring trouble on them. Sin has consequences.

 God loves them where they are, but will not leave them where they are.

 Psalm 86:15
But You O Lord, are a God full of compassion, and gracious, Longsuffering, and abundant in mercy and truth.

 Notice, though He shows mercy He also speaks truth. 
Mercy first, then speak the truth in love to the one who needs to hear the truth. 
Pray that they will have spiritual ears to hear.

 We always need to put ourselves in the other persons shoes, feel their pain and disappointments, and ask the Holy Spirit, how we should minister to them. 
Everyone is unique and different, so we need God the Holy Spirit to reveal to us what is needed.

 We can be firm, yet kind. Firm in God's word, because it is powerful and alive and be kind in our spirit with compassion, in how we handle another's heart.

 1 Peter 5:8-9
Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another, love as brothers, be tenderhearted be courteous, not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit the blessing.

 Beloved, when God moves on your heart with compassion, be like Jesus, do whatever God leads you do, but never leave out the truth of God's word.

 When you speak the truth in their hearing and pray with them, You will see fruit for your labor of love and compassion.

JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. Read God's word and see how many times He chose to bless and not curse His people. God knows our every move and cares that we understand there is obedience to His word that will help us. God's word is a light unto our path.  Psalms 119:104-105 Through Your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way. Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path.
