In the earthquakes of our life, our home is only as strong as our foundation.

There will be much shaking in our life as we grow in the Lord, we will stand as long as we have the right foundation. 

 JESUS CHRIST!!

 1 Corinthians 3:10-11
According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation  and another builds on it.
But let each one take heed how he builds on it.
For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

 When God starts shaking up our life, it is to awaken us, He wants a body awake and ready when He says go!

 Hebrews 12: 27-29
Now this, Yet once more, indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken will remain.
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and Godly fear.
For our God is a consuming fire.

 Make certain that you house is built on the rock, not on the sinking sand of mans watered down teaching.

 We get water from the Rock, to sustain us and to provide what we need. That Rock is Christ Jesus.
That water is His life giving word!!

Let the shaking begin, as we are on solid ground and our foundation is sure.

 Judgement begins in the house of God first, then look out world, 
Our God is a consuming fire. He will purify, and bring things back into order.

 Look for His hand and heart in your life. New beginnings. He is restoring, purifying, and setting things in place for His soon coming.

 Never let fear dominate you, you may be concerned, but let your faith arise in your heart. God does have the best for those that belong to Him.

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD!!  YOU ARE NOT TO COMMAND HIM,  YOU ARE TO ASK HIM, HONOR HIM, AND RESPECT HIM AND HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM.  I have heard some believers young in their faith and understanding, say that they have prayed for such a thing and God will give it to them.
