The greatest blessing, is to give when you yourself are in need.

If we look at our circumstances things can look bleak, but if we see our circumstances through the eyes of Jesus, things can look a lot different.

 Ecclesiastes 11:4-5
He who observes the wind will not sow, and he who regards the clouds will not reap.
As you do not know is the way of the wind.  Or how bones grow in the womb of her who is with child, so you do not know the works of God who makes everything.

 If the wind of bad circumstances blow your way, sow into God's work anyway. 

 Giving when you yourself have a need, is a great act of faith done in love.

 Remember Peter, he could walk on water until he observed the winds. 

 Don't pay attention to the winds, keep your eyes on Jesus.  He keeps the records of what is done from your heart.

 Malachi 3:16
Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, And the Lord listened and heard them; 
So a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the Lord and who meditate on His name.

 While you bless others, you can believe that whatever you need is on the way to you. 

 That is how it works, you give in faith and trust God to supply. 
He said He would supply all our need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

 Beloved, listen to the Holy Spirit, where to give and what to give. 

 Greedy people are full of fear that they won't have what they need, so they hang onto all they can. 

 We are to give our tithe, that is a given, because that belongs to the Lord. 

 But what about our offerings, that's our part of what we want to give over and above our tithe.

 Malachi 3:10
Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house. 
And try Me now in this " Says the Lord of hosts, If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out on you such blessing, That there will not be room enough to receive it.

Beloved give all you can, and that which you will to do, be a cheerful giver and don't look at your need, God will supply. Jesus never fails!

JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. Read God's word and see how many times He chose to bless and not curse His people. God knows our every move and cares that we understand there is obedience to His word that will help us.
