Many of us hear great messages from the word of God, but do we apply them to our life?

When we want to be obedient, we will make every effort to tune in to the word we are hearing from God's word.

 Hearing ears are ears that belong to one who desires to be obedient.

 We are told in the last days there will be a famine in the land, not of food or water, but of the hearing of the word of God.

 Amos 8:11-12
"Behold the days are coming," says the Lord God. "That I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine of bread, nor of water, But of hearing the words of the Lord.
They shall wander from sea to sea, And from north to east; They shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the Lord, but shall not find it.

 When we ignore what we have heard, we will hear less of the word, soon it will be that we are immune to what we have heard so often, and did not apply it to our life.

 Its is very important that a child of God has spiritual ears to hear and retain what they hear, so they can apply it to their life.

 There is plenty of word of God out there, but do we have spiritual ears to hear and apply it to our lives?

 Treasure God's word, hide it in your heart and draw on it when you have a need to share or encourage someone. 

 Beloved, God's word is a treasure to appreciate and live by, it is our life's manual from heaven.

 Everything you will ever need to know about this life in Christ Jesus, and the one to come, are all written in God's word.

 Next time you hear a sermon that touches your heart, make a note of the scriptures used and return to them often, as it was a Rhema, a right now, living word for you.

 Each time that we spend in the word of God, it will wash out the worlds trash that we have heard, and God will speak to us, something we need to help us grow in our faith.  

 Faith comes by hearing and hearing, over and over again.
 The more we hear, the more we will hunger for more revelations so that we can apply them to our life. 

Jesus said, hearing they will hear but not perceive.

 Do you want to perceive and apply God's word, then do not ignore what it is saying to you personally.

 Love God's word treasure it in your heart.

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong.
