Do you want to see things from God's perspective? Then soar like an eagle.

We are not to be like the chickens in the barnyard, picking at the dirt. Always gathered in flocks.

Be like the eagle who soars above and see the whole barnyard, not just a small area.

The eagle does not gather in flocks, they are alone and flying high above in the clouds. They are able to see the smallest mouse from that vantage point.

Jesus always went off alone to pray and talk to His Father.  Gaining new strength, and wisdom.

Isaiah 40:31 (My late husbands favorite scripture)
But those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.

Sometime we have to get alone and away from the crowd and talk to our heavenly Father. So we also can soar like the eagles.

Spending quality time with the Lord and His word, that will give us our perspective from the heavenly vantage point. Gaining the full view of our situation.

Not just a barnyard view where everything is so familiar, but a heavenly view, to see as God sees our situation, knowing that good will somehow come from it.

Eagles make their nests high upon the rock.  So should we make our abode, on the Rock Christ Jesus.

We shall see things from a safe distance. We will see things by the Spirit of God.

Psalm 91:3-8
Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence.
He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge;  His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.

A thousand may fall at your right hand, But it shall not come near you.  Only with your eyes shall you look and see the reward of the wicked. (The eagles vantage point)

An eagle has an enemy, a snake.  But when He encounters one, the eagle drags him up into the heavens and the snake has no advantage, He is out of his environment.

When do you suppose that we will learn to take our attacks from the enemy up into the higher place where we have the
advantage over him. Prayer.

Remember beloved, eagles soar on the wings of the wind, they do not struggle, or flap their wings very often, they only use their wings to gain their flight, then they just soar on the wind.

We have the wind of the Spirit of God to soar on. There should be no struggle, just a peaceful view of what is going on, as we rest on the wings of the wind.

We will gain that perspective by being full of the word of God, which is our spiritual diet.

Beloved, study the eagles life, you will see why in Isaiah 40:31, how we are not to be weary and  how we are to renew our strength. The joy of the Lord is our strength.

God Bless your day
Jesus loves you
