Do you live in peace, Jesus said He is our peace.

The word peace, shalom, means: rest and contentment, wholeness, harmonized relationship with God and man, undisturbed.

Jesus is our peace.
Ephesians 2:14
For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.
(Jew and Gentile are made one in Christ Jesus)

We are not going to find real peace in this world.
Jesus gave us His peace.
John 14:27
"Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you.  Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

In Isaiah 9:6 (the Trinity is listed there )
Jesus is called the Prince of Peace.

Isaiah 26:3
You keep him in perfect peace. whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.

Look at those words. 
Does your mind wander off onto things that disturb you?  Get your mind back on Jesus, and peace will return to you.

God's word gives us such peace, when we read how much He loves us and has good things planned for us.

Just knowing all our sins have been paid for and we are new people in Christ Jesus, that alone should flood our hearts with God's peace.

Romans 5:1-2 (Justified means: just as though we have never sinned)
Therefore, having been justified by faith we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Beloved, there is no reason at all for those in Christ Jesus to not have the peace that He has given us. We have it, we have to learn to walk in it.

Even though the world is full of lies, deception and we are in a spiritual battle to stand firm in our
convictions, the peace of God is still in us to draw on.

Colossians 3:15
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which you were called in one body, and be thankful.

2Corinthians 13:11
Finally, brethren, farewell, Become complete, Be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.

JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. Read God's word and see how many times He chose to bless and not curse His people. God knows our every move and cares that we understand there is obedience to His word that will help us. God's word is a light unto our path.  Psalms 119:104-105 Through Your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way. Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path.
