Stay cool when you are around those that know which buttons to push.

Some people do their best to throw us off guard. They will say or do a thing that will push our wrong buttons. So how do we react? 

We don't, we don't give them the argument that they are looking for. They may be a person who has to prove they are right, we don't have to prove anything, just rest in the Lord.  Where His total peace resides. Dead people don't react, right? We are to die daily as Paul said.

Some people are just stressed out and are pushing themselves into arguments that they think they can win. We are to feel sorry for these folks, because they have no peace.

Psalm 1:1-6
Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the paths of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;  But his delight in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night.
He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season. Whose leaf also shall not wither;  And whatever he does shall prosper.

The ungodly are not so, But are like the chaff which the wind drives away.  Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous, But the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Ungodly according to the Strong's concordance:
lack of reverence, failing to honor the sacred, without due respect, impious (lacking reverence for God), not respecting what is holy.

Please make note, that the ungodly ways shall perish, not the ungodly themselves.
Remember when Jesus said to allow the wheat and tares to grow together? Think of this.

Jesus has made provision for sinners and the ungodly people, so their ways will change and no longer be  ungodly.
When they come to the Lord for salvation, he will change them from ungodly to righteous.
Whew! that is all of us, we were all ungodly at one time, but now in Christ Jesus we are the righteous.

Some of those folks that irritate us the most right now, we will look back and see how the Lord used them as sand paper to sand off our rough edges.
They knew how to push our buttons and get us to react, because they knew us before Christ came into our life.

Remember beloved, don't react, or if you do, let the love of Christ Jesus our Lord come through you.
When the ungodly see the love of Jesus come through you to them, they are most likely going to want what you have.

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong.
