Don't put God in a box, He is far greater than you think.

Recently I have been re-reading the gospels. Funny how you think you know a message in there, yet God opens your eyes to something you missed, or were not ready to see yet.

For over 50 years I have studied the book of John, yet it is still unfolding truth to me.
I love how the Holy Spirit unfolds new understanding, we know the truth, but now we understand the truth.

Knowledge of something is to have the body of facts, whereas understanding is the power to learn how you can apply those facts.

The Holy Spirit gives us the understanding, so that we will perceive what the knowledge is teaching us.

We gain knowledge, then we understand as we walk out the knowledge that we have.
That is when it becomes life to us. Walking in the Spirit.

Knowledge is good, but if you do not apply that knowledge you will not have understanding.

Proverb 9:10
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

John 21:25 (After the resurrection) Study John 21.
And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written.
That is a lot of books. Picture that if you can.

Never put God in a box, Jesus did so many things that if they were written, the world could not contain those books.

He left us just enough books to cause us to seek for ourselves.
The old testament is full of hidden secrets for those that will study and look for them.

I believe that is why when we are praying and reading God's word, it unfolds to us, little by little. 

Remember the Holy Spirit is our teacher and He can drop a truth into our mind from some of those books that were never written.

However what He places in our mind, can be proven in God's word, that is our measuring stick, and the bible is our plumb line.
All the truth is in the word of God, it is up to us to stay hungry and seek out those truths.

How great is our God?  go out on a starry night and look up at all the universes that are out there. Our moon, that controls the tides, our sun, that keeps everything balanced on the earth and causes life to come forth.

Psalm 19:1
The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.
Day unto day utters speech, and night unto night reveals knowledge.  There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard.  The line has gone out through all the earth.

Beloved, there is so much more to our God than our finite minds can know while we are living on this earth.

Oh, but when we get to heaven, we will fully understand then. The Holy Spirit does reveal some of the hidden secrets, but I am sure not all, as we could barely take it all in.
We, in Christ Jesus, have plenty of light to walk in, see your Lord and Savior

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. Just speaking His name, we inhale YAH and exhale WEH.   YHWH means breath of life. Our Jewish brothers and sisters know the name of God means breath of God. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong.
