Be careful what you do and how you act in the world, you may be the only bible someone will read.

It is not wise to go with the crowd and compromise your faith, people are watching those of us that say we are Christians. We are under a microscope.

It is better to stand your ground and stay faithful, even if it means you will not be included by the crowd that follows the world.

2Timothy 4:9-11
Be diligent to come to me quickly; for Demas has forsaken me, having loved this present world, and has departed for Thessalonica-Crescens for Galatia, Titus for Dalmatia. Only Luke is with me. Get Mark and bring him with you, for he is useful to me for ministry.

Paul went through the very thing I am writing about.
Some of those Jesus was teaching, forsook Jesus for the world.

Those same people who reject you, will come running to you when they are in trouble. I have seen and experienced this many times.

There is no need for to you compromise just so that you can fit in the group. Be happy with the fact that you don't fit in.  Stay faithful to Jesus and His word.

To compromise, is to damage or injure your reputation.

I heard a precious brother in the Lord say, "if you are going to follow Jesus all the way, it will be a lonely walk, not many want to enter the suffering it takes to stay faithful to Jesus"

Being an outsider, and left out of things can be painful to the flesh, but the Spirit will place a joy in you, because you have chosen to live for the Lord.

2Corinthians 3:2
You are our epistle (letter) written in our heart, known and read by all men, clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink, but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is of the heart.

People are reading us daily and watching our actions and reactions. They want to see if we are what we say we are, different from the world and different than how others live.

Beloved, if you are left out, rejoice, you are in good company. If it seems you are not included in certain things, rejoice. You are traveling on the narrow path that leads to life, the one Jesus said few will find.

There is a great falling away in some of our churches, we see the compromise everyday.
But also, at the same time we see a great move of God's Spirit in the church to draw closer to Jesus and live out His word in everyday life.

There is such great peace knowing we have submitted to the Holy Spirit, and that we are growing in the Lord and in our faith. Stay faithful to our Lord.

God bless your day
Jesus loves you
