Hearts that are in tune with God, will sing His praises to Him.

We have so much to praise God for, as we praise, our voices we raise to honor, and give glory to our Lord Jesus Christ.

We can not worry while we are praising God. Why?  Because our focus is on the Lord and His goodness and faithfulness.  It is the same when we are singing praises, we cannot focus on  words of worry at the same time.

This should give us a clue, to focus on the Lord and not allow the enemy to place our thoughts on the things or people that are not doing well at the present.

Psalm 144:9
I will sing a new song to You O God; On a harp of ten strings I will sing praises to You.

A new song is one that the Holy Spirit gives to us. It is fresh and new to the ears of the Lord and to us.

A song to the Lord will calm your thoughts, the enemy of our soul cannot penetrate our praises, he hates them. They are like hitting him with a hot iron. 

Keep your mouth filled with songs to Jesus and about His goodness, faithfulness and love, His soon coming!

Do you feel upset about something?  Praise the Lord no matter what you may feel.

I have sung a song of praise with tears running down my face, yet somehow by the Holy Spirit's power, as soon as my focus was on the Lord, my tears stopped running.

Jesus sang a song before going to the cross.  At the Passover meal, afterwards they would sing a Psalm.
Can you imagine knowing the horrific beating that was coming, and horrific pain that was awaiting Him, yet He sang with the disciples in the upper room.
Mark 14:26
And after they had sung a hymn, they went out to the mount of olives.

Psalm 115 and 118, these were sang at the Passover meal, these were the Psalms the children of Israel would sing when they celebrated the Passover.

Beloved, if our Lord could sing at this time, knowing the suffering that was ahead of Him,  we can certainly sing when we sense worry trying to come into our mind.

Psalm 66:1-4
Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth.  Sing out honor of His name, make His praise glorious, Say to God, "How awesome are Your works! 
Through the greatness of Your power, Your enemies shall submit themselves to You.  All the earth shall worship You And sing praises to You; They shall sing praises to Your name.

Sing to the Lord, it will ease any anxiety, and it will calm any unrest in our soul.

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. Just speaking His name, we inhale YAH and exhale WEH.   YHWH means breath of life. Our Jewish brothers and sisters know the name of God means breath of God. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong.
