Is it not time to set our priorities in order?

Knowing and acting upon what is first in our life, will set the day in order in all we set our heart and mind to do.

God and His kingdom should always come first.

Matthew 6:31-33
Therefore do not worry, saying, "What shall we eat? or what shall we drink? or what shall we wear?" For after all these things the Gentiles seek.  For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

As soon as we open our eyes, Jesus should be on our heart and mind.  All that He is doing is good, and for the betterment of our life and His kingdom.

When we love God, we want to tell Him so, and praise Him, as we open our eyes to start our day.

Matthew 22:36-40
"Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?" Jesus said to him. "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind"  This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like it.  "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."  On these two commandments hang all the law and Prophets."

Beloved, when you put your priorities in line with God's word, you will see a great difference in your day.

God first, His word in our mind and heart, and our focus on all He is doing and has done in us already.

God's word is powerful, when the we read it, it goes all the way to our bones, where our life blood is manufactured.

Hebrews 4:12-13
For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two -edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

Beloved, if you want your day to be all it can be, seek Jesus first and worship and praise Him as you start your day.

I hear people say they cannot make it in the morning without that cup of coffee.
Wouldn't be great to hear people say, I cannot make it through my morning without God's word, and prayer and worship?

Put God first and you will please the Father in heaven. Look at Jesus' example and follow Him.

God bless your day
Jesus loves you

Yes, when we put God first, our day falls together so much more peacefully. Over the past year and a half, I have begun starting my day with devotion and it has made all the difference in the world to my mindset! If you have not started this, I encourage you to do so, and as you do, be watchful of how God ministers to you and those around you.
