DO YOU VALUE THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD?

 Most believers just look for God's provisions, and His protection, His healings and blessings.

All things we have in Christ.

What they miss is His peace.  In the presence of the Lord there is joy, and peace and other pleasures.

Psalm 16:11

You will show me the path of life;  In Your presence is fullness of joy;  At You right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Spending quality time in the presence of the Lord, with His word, just talking to Him and listen for His voice in your spirit, it is a blessed time alone with Jesus. Be silent and listen.

Did you notice that silent and listen have the same letters? Ever wonder why? Think on this.

In His presence sing to Him, He is the one who gave us song and music.

Do you seek His face, His closeness while you worship Him? Or is your mind only on the words you sing.  

Do you picture Jesus with you?

He is right there.

Jesus longs for our fellowship, so give Him your full attention, and honor. 

Make Him the object of your love and your thoughts. 

When you do that, you will sense His presence.

In order for us to receive  a refreshing, we must spend time with the Lord in His presence.

Acts 3:19

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.

When we spend time with the Lord, we will understand the direction He is leading us to.

Our mind and heart will be ready to receive from Him.

I pray before I go anywhere, and ask God to place the people He wants me to reach and show His love to close by me. That they start to talk to me. That will be a divine appointment.

The other day, I  went to buy gas for my car and a lady getting gas next to me began to talk to me, I knew this was divine appointment.

I felt a warm glow come over me and I began to share Jesus with her. To make a long story short,

After she got her gas and I got mine, she reached into my car and gave me a big hug with tears in her eyes. She said "you don't know how badly I needed this."

If I had just grabbed my breakfast and headed out to get gas, without spending time with Jesus, I would have missed this opportunity to share the love of Jesus with her.

Because I prayed beforehand and spent time with the Lord, I was blessed with this opportunity of sharing God's great love for her. 

I had some things in my car to encourage her further.  I always keep things to bless others in my car.

Beloved, look for those divine appointments, they are all around us.  

People whose hearts are hungry and need our encouragement.  

The Lord will have us say things to them, that only they and the Holy Spirit knew about.   By this they know that God is speaking through you to give them hope.

Take time and remember who you carry inside of your heart.  He is Lord and Savior and He has trusted us with his message to others.

The world is looking for the true sons of God and daughters of God, who give Him the glory and praise for who He is. He is our audience of One.

People are looking for believers who will speak the truth of God in love. 

Those who will be truthful about sin and the things it does in a persons life. 

Sharing the remedy for all sins that is the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.

Sharing the great gift of God's grace.

 These are people, who carry the anointing of God, because they have spent quality time with the Lord in His presence. First thing on arising from their bed.

In God's presence is life, peace, joy, and comfort.

There will be times when we feel nothing, and just follow God's word, be obedient and blessing will follow.

His manifest presence is wonderful, but there are times that we just move out in faith and obey His word.

We have that blessed assurance.

When helping others see that they too can have a new start in life through accepting Jesus Christ and receiving His grace and mercy.

Beloved,  spend time with the Lord, sing to Him, talk to Him (we call that prayer) and love on Him, most of all follow Him. 

Look for those divine appointments, they are all around you.

Right next to you in the stores, businesses, the bank, wherever you go as a child of God.

Time is short and Jesus is coming soon.

in His presence there is fullness of joy, because of His joy over us. He delights in us, but we never notice because we hardly ever take the time to rest and be still with Him so He can pour Himself and His joy into us! \o/

Oh, as we surrender to the Lord daily, and ask Him to lead guide, direct us, and seek His heart, His will and His desires, the people that He puts in our path it’s just remarkable. Remember every face has a story, and we need to be the spark, in that person’s life as the Lord leads. It’s not about us it’s about Him and we need to be shining brighter than ever. You are always faithful Lord!!! ❤️

Amen and amen. EVERYTHING we need is in His mighty presence! When you said that you keep things in your car that will bless people, I felt the Holy Spirit say to do likewise. I’m gathering together some resources that I think will bless people. Thank you, Joy, for your obedience in writing your blog. What a blessing it is, and what a blessing you are!

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong.
