If Jesus Christ were to return today, are you ready?
All of us need to do a check-up list occasionally.
Are we harboring unforgiveness. Or anything that the enemy can use against us to place us in condemnation. Forgive yourself, and move on.
We pick up dirt from the world. When Jesus washed the disciples feet He was making a statement for them to follow. Wash each others feet.
We need to be servants to one another, and guard and care for one another. Not one of us are perfect, but Praise God we are being perfected daily.
James 5:19-20
Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins.
Like Jesus watched over His disciples, so we are to care for one another. We are all connected as one body. If one hurts we all hurt.
Some churches are lacking in this area.
They will call you and ask how you are. Others will offer to pray for you and meet any need you have. They put their selves in your place.
One is from out of duty, checking off their list. The other out of love and sincere care for you.
The early church cared and loved each other.
Some of the modern day church is so program minded, they miss that precious time with a Beloved. Special time with Jesus, and drawing near to Him.
Spending time with Jesus will renew your mind in His word, and give you peace and direction.
Jesus revealed to us the very nature of the Father.
John 10:27-28
"My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.
"My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Fathers hand.
John 5:20-21
For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself does; and He will show Him greater works than these, that you may marvel.
"For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to them, even so the Son gives life to whom He will.
Beloved, are you ready for the return of Jesus?
The Father sent Jesus to this earth to pay for our sins. To restore us so we can have fellowship with the Father.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
While on the cross Jesus cried "My God" why have you forsaken Me!
Any other time He addressed Him as His Father.
But Father could not look at sin, and all our sins from one generation to other was on Jesus.
All our griefs and sorrow and diseases Jesus carried to that cruel cross. Shed His precious blood.
Jesus was willing to lose the presence of His Father so that you and I can come boldly forgiven and adopted before Father God and enjoy His presence.
If Jesus were to come today, are you ready, do you really know Him.
Colossians 1:17-19
"And He was before all things, and in Him all things consist (hold together) and He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the first born from the dead, that in all things He may have preeminence.
For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, and by him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.
Beloved, are you looking for Jesus daily?
He could come at anytime, all has been fulfilled.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
Beloved, Jesus is coming soon.
If you do not know Jesus, take a moment and pray and ask Him into your life and experience His great grace and peace, forgiveness for all your sins. Start a new way of life.
God Bless your day
Jesus loves you
love in Jesus
