Do you have a wait problem, waiting on God to answer a promise?

Waiting on the Lord, and being patient while waiting, will reveal just how much faith we really have.

2Corinthians 1:20
For all of God's promises in Him are yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.

Yes, all of God's promises are yes, and Amen, we just don't know when the so be it, (Amen),  kicks in.

Those promises are ours, we just have to be patient to see the reality of them.

We learn to be patient as we wait for an answer to our promises in His word, that we have believed and asked for.

Hebrews 6:10-12
For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.  And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end, that you do not become sluggish but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

Isaiah 40:29 (A promise for strength)
He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He gives strength.

Isaiah 43:2
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;  And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.  When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.

I have known people who have had fire all around them, and they claimed this scripture and quoted it out loud, and the fire jumped over them, and did not touch their home.

Beloved, there are so many promises in God's word, over fifty, that we should know and claim, as they are ours, they are part of our inheritance in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Exodus 14:14
The Lord will fight for you and you shall hold your peace.

As we wait on God for our promise, we will find that it will help our faith to grow, more and more.

Beloved, pray about the promise you are believing for, and be patient as God works things out for you.

He has nothing but good planned to make you more like Jesus, and to grow in your faith, trust in Jesus and not in anything else.

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong.
