WE NEED TO LEARN THE WISDOM OF SOLOMON, THAT GREAT GIFT GOD GAVE HIM. PART 1

 Remember wisdom is seeing people and things as God sees them. 

He doesn't look on the outward appearance. He looks at the heart. 

Proverbs 1:2-3

To know wisdom and instruction.  To perceive the word of understanding.  To receive the instruction of wisdom.

Proverbs 3:19-24

The word by wisdom founded the earth; by understanding He established the heavens;  by His knowledge the depths were broke up, and the clouds drop down the dew.

My son let them not depart from your eyes (His words) keep sound wisdom and discretion; so they will be life to your soul and grace to your neck.

Then you will walk safely in your way And your foot will not stumble.

When you lie down and your sleep will be sweet.

Beloved if you want sweet sleep, pray for wisdom that God gives us so freely.

Remember that sound wisdom is the ability to live skillfully. Mixed with divine perception and common sense.

God gave us a brain to renew in His word, and use, for learning and to retain His word of life.

Before we were saved we did put all kinds of ungodly thoughts in our mind.  Things that were unsettling, that is why our mind must be renewed.

This is all necessary to be able to handle the issues of life.

Proverbs 11:2

When pride comes, then comes shame; But with the humble is wisdom.

Proverbs 4:20-23

My son, give attention to my words;  Incline your ear to my sayings; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh. 

Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.

Beloved, keep in mind that Jesus grew up knowing the proverbs of Solomon. 

God's word says that Jesus grew in wisdom and favor with man.  (Luke 2:52)

James 1:5

If anyone of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

When God answered Solomon, (1Kings 3:3-15) He gave him great wisdom to rule the people.

When we have that kind of wisdom, we won't see people with pink or green hair, with piercing or tattoos all over, we will see a soul who needs to know Jesus loves them.

This reminded me when the Lord said go to Walmart when we first moved to Virginia.

We didn't need anything, but on our way we saw a guy with piercing all over his face. safety pins in his eyebrows. Dressed all in black.

He was dragging a chain, he belonged to a heavy metal group.  

He looked so unhappy.  I told my husband this is why we were to go here.

We prayed for him and asked the Lord to make it clear that we are to talk to him.

He did,  so we took him aside and talked to him, then prayed with him, the Lord said his parents are praying for him, believing that he will leave the band and come home. 

His travel bus just happened to come to our town at that time.

Don't you love how the Holy Spirit works?

Long story short after we talked with him and prayed with him, He said he was going to quit the band and go home to Georgia, that's where we had just moved from. God's timing is so perfect.

Beloved, see with God's eyes and hear with His ears, let wisdom have her way.  

Lives will be changed, and hearts will be renewed. When you walk in the wisdom of the Lord, His love will overflow in you.

Proverbs 4:7-9

Wisdom is the principle thing;  Therefore get wisdom.  And in all your getting, get understanding.  Exalt her, and she will promote you;  She will bring you honor, when you embrace her.  She will place on your head an ornament of grace; A crown of glory she will deliver to you.

Beloved,  there will be a Part 2 next week, but study these scriptures and ask the Holy Spirit to show you where you need the wisdom of God working in your life.

Proverbs 16:16

How much better to get wisdom than gold!  And to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.

Proverbs 16:21

The wise in heart will be called prudent, and sweetness of the lips increases learning.

Proverbs 16:23

The heart of the wise teaches his mouth,  And adds learning to his lips.

Beloved, when you walk in the wisdom that God has provided for you, you will long to learn more and more about our Lord Jesus.

Ah, Wisdom! How elusive it can be until we learn humility! What a blessing it is when we are in a position to receive it! Thank You Father, that You are the giver of every good and perfect gift, and that includes Your Wisdom! Can't wait for part 2!

I love this Joy. In particular I resonate with the idea that with God’s wisdom, we will see people the way He sees them; not just according to how they appear to us by how they’re dressed, tattoos, etc

Wonderful and uplifting to read about Wisdom🌞it is so necessary to have in our Christian lives, but can be difficult to achieve🌞only The Holy Spirit can lead us to Wisdom🌞Thank you Joy for the beautiful Scriptures, God Bless you and your mission in this world💛

WHY DOES GOD ALLOW OFFENCES TO COME INTO OUR LIFE? PART 2

How do we deal with offences that we have experienced? Proverbs 17:9 He who covers a transgression seeks love, but he who repeats a matter separates friends. So, how do we deal with an offence, we cover it with the grace of God and love. Just as God does for us when we are  displeasing to Him. When we cover an offence with God's grace we overlook it and choose to give something of value to ourselves, Peace and rest for our soul. Beloved, our security is in Jesus not in other peoples opinions of us. SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. Just speaking His name, we inhale YAH and exhale WEH.   YHWH means breath of life. Our Jewish brothers and sisters know the name of God means breath of God.
