REPENTANCE, HEALINGS, AND RESTORATION

 Repentance is to change your mind, be sorry for your bad actions, and change those actions to match the word of God, and express love from your heart.

As soon as we do, the healing process begins.

We all need to repent from time to time, as we live in this fallen world and pick up some of their reactions and words and habits.

Many times as we read God's word, the Holy Spirit will point out an area in our life that needs repentance.

John 14:26

"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name,  He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.

Beloved, bitterness can hide in our heart, and we need to realize that it is there.  We need to confess to one another so healing will take place.

Our quick negative emotions will come spewing out with anger, it is a sure sign bitterness is hiding in our heart.

James 5:16

Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed.  The effective fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

I have found that whoever I decide to confess my weaknesses or sins to, they also needed to confess the same weakness and be healed.  I love how the Holy Spirt works that out.

Two birds with one stone of truth.

If someone calls me and starts confessing their problem, I know that God is also dealing with me in the same area.

Beloved, we need each other to be accountable to. 

When the enemy sets us up with a weakness or painful memory that will cause us to become bitter, we can deal with it through confession and prayer. The blood of Jesus and His grace applied.

James 5:19-20

Brethren, If anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins.

That can be death of relationships, or of your peace of mind, stealing your joy from your life, in any case it is death, decay.

Never be too proud to confess your transgressions, weaknesses or sins, you will not receive your healing that is needed if you are to proud.

There are many kinds of healings.  God knows which one we need.

1Corinthians 12:9

to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit. (plural)

Notice their are many kinds of healings.

Healings of the soul, our mind, our will and emotions and sick bodies and spiritual healing also.

We can get wounded and become bitter because of those we trusted who we thought knew God.

Bitterness is solid, it goes down deep in our heart, it has long and strong roots.

Hebrews 12:14-15

Pursue peace with all people and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord;

looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any ROOT of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled.

James 3:14-16

But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your heats do not boast and lie against the truth.

This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.

It starts in the natural, then it goes into our senses,  then it can become demonic.

For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.

Ephesians 4:31

Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.

Beloved, we all go through our trial of bitterness.  We have to spot the evil signs early and deal with the uncontrolled anger and emotions.

Holding on to bitterness will effect our health.

It will lower our immune system, and  cause changing  in our hormones, and will cause physical illness.

Not all sickness is from bitterness, but many sicknesses are rooted in this trap.

Bitterness that is unchecked can cause family problems.  Remember God's word says that many will be defiled.

Proverbs 28:13

He who covers his sins will not prosper.  But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.

Find a believer who you can trust, and confess and the healing will begin.

Matthew 18:19

"Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that you ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.

I know what I am talking about, I have experienced it myself.  And praise God I am delivered from it, but it did cost me much sickness and pain years ago.

Beloved, set a guard on your heart and confess early and do not allow a root to form in your heart.

Help others that you see that are in this trap, and pray for them, share God's word of grace and mercy and help them heal.

We are a body, and if one hurts we all are effected and hurt.

Please study these scriptures and ask God to show you what you need personally to heal and grow in the Lord.

Lord if there is any bitterness in me take it out. Your word says if we confess our sins You are faithful to forgive our sins. Lord sometimes we walk around with baggage that we don’t even really know we are carrying You want Your children to walk in Freedom!!! Thank You Holy Spirit for revealing every weight that we need to lay down at the foot of the cross. Father God You just amaze me and overwhelm me with Your mercy and grace. Thank You thank You thank You for whom the Son sets free is free indeed. Let us walk in that freedom daily!!! In Jesus name Amen

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong.
