Unconditional love demands sacrifice.

 When our feelings do not line up with God's word, we must press on and do the word of God whether we feel like it or not.

When God's word says to love each other and our enemies, it is a command not an option.  It will take your will and choice to obey that commandment.

John 14:15

Jesus said " If you love Me, keep my commandments"

John 14:21

He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.

John 14: 24

He who does not love Me does not keep My words;  and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me.

God's (Agape) unconditional love, is so different from our natural human love.  We love if you please us, whereas God's kind of love has no expectations.

We need the Holy Spirit to manifest God's love and set our will to obey the command to love God's way.

Beloved, God's kind of love keeps no records of the wrongs that have been done to us. Let it go!

When we have God's love working in us, we hold no grudges, and let go of hurts, give them to the Lord.  He carried all our griefs and sorrows.

Proverbs 10:12

Hatred stirs up strife,  But love covers all sin.

Matthew 5:43-46

You have heard that it was said,  "You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy"  But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.

I love the fact that Jesus addressed their tradition and clarified the truth from God.


Beloved our feelings must line up with God's word, if they don't then spend time in prayer asking God to help with your emotions, and   heal your soul.

1 Corinthians 13:1-7

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love,  I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.

And though I have the gift of prophecy , and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have have not love, I am nothing.

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing

Love suffers long and is kind;  love does not envy;  love does not parade itself is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked and thinks no evil;  Does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in truth;  bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things.


Beloved study these verses and ask the Holy Spirit to quicken your mind to where you fall short.  

We all do from time to time, but we have the perfect one living in us, so we can grow in the love of God.

There's an old saying, " if it ain't worth a thank you, then it ain't worth the doin"

Yes, a thank you is nice, but not necessary.

That's the worlds way of thinking.

God's word tell us just the opposite.

When you love others, expect nothing from them, just show you love them, not just in words but in actions and from the heart.

Your blessing will come from the Lord.

Your heavenly Father is keeping the records, you don't need to.  He records every good deed done from a heart of love.


Beloved, check your love meter every once in a while and make certain you are operating in love in all areas of your walk in Jesus.

The world is looking for love, someone to really love them unconditionally. 

 Are you one of those who will obey God's command to love, no matter what you think or feel? No matter who the people are?

Think about this and pray for (Agape love ) God's unconditional love to operate in your life.

Read God's word and see how many times He chose to bless and not curse His people. God knows our every move and cares that we understand there is obedience to His word that will help us.
