Our hearts condition matters to God because it is the seat of our control center.

 Our heart is the seat of our being.  

Our personality, our will, desires and our ability to see God all around us.  Our heart is the seat of our control center.

If our heart is not right we will not have spiritual eyes to see with.  We won't have spiritual ears to hear with and we won't have the discernment that we need to see God all around us.

God is working all around us and we need to see where and attach ourselves to His working.

Proverbs 4:23

Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it springs the issues of life.

We are to give God our heart.

Proverbs 23:26

My son, give me your heart,  and let your eyes observe my ways. (Having spiritual eyes to see the ways of God)

When we received Jesus as as Savior, we were given a new heart. (Ezekiel 11:19)  

One that needs testing and it needs to be trained in all that God is in our life.

Psalms 51:11

Create in me a clean heart, Oh God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

A clean heart is one that has been washed with the water of the word of God.

We are to have a humble heart.

A humble heart  that is teachable, submissive, obedient and gentle.

Matthew 11:29

"Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle, and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls,  "For My yoke is easy and My burden light.

We are to have a cheerful heart.  Full of the joy of the Lord.

Proverbs 17:22

A merry heart does good like a medicine, But a broken spirit dries up the bones.

We are be have a wise heart.

Proverbs 16:21

The wise in heart will be called prudent,  And sweetness of the lips increases learning.

Our heart must be strong and courageous.

Psalm 31:24

Be of good courage,  And He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the Lord.

Be very careful to not allow a hard heart to develop!

When we hold unforgiveness and anger and greed, (Matthew 6:21) 

 and pride in our heart, we will have a hard heart.

If we allow our heart to harden it will effect our health, our finances, relationships and our total well being.

Be quick to forgive, tell God you are angry about something,  He already knows, He is waiting for you to come to Him so He can help you, cleanse you of evil suspicions of others motives.

Usually it is only lies from the enemy that you have believed. 


So many times we get it wrong, when we allow our emotions to run ramped.

I love the fact that the Holy Spirit has given us His language, so that we can be kept in the Love of God and be built up in our spirit.

Jude 1:20-21

But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying IN the Holy Spirit, keep yourself in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

Beloved, prayer can do so much for you if your heart is disturbed.  

Go to your Lord and tell Him how you feel and allow Him to cleans your heart. Don't allow a root of bitterness, as it will effect all those around you.

Spend quality time with God and just worship Him.  He loves you so much and He desires that you be full of His love and peace.

When our heart is right with the Lord, we will love people, and will love reading His word and listening to the Holy Spirit as He teaches us from God's word.

We will love spending time alone with Jesus and praising Him and loving Him.


Always come boldly to the throne room, and talk to your Father who loves you.  He sent Jesus so that you can freely run to Abba, our heavenly daddy.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong. Read God's word and see how many times He chose to bless and not curse His people. God knows our every move and cares that we understand there is obedience to His word that will help us.
