We need those people in our lives who irritate us.

Iron sharpens iron,

Beloved, we need every member in the body of Christ that seem to irritate us. Their actions and words will rub us the wrong way, because we need some rough edges that we have hidden, to manifest.

Friction develops refinement. Iron sharpens iron.

It takes different personalities and different areas of spiritual growth to make up the body of Christ. None of us have all the answers, but Praise God! the Holy Spirit does.

James 5:16

Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed.  

Its when we encounter a person who feels it is their ministry to correct everyone, that causes us to pause and ask the question, why do I feel like this about what was said?

Then the Holy Spirit will show us.

It's amazing to me how we react to someones negative words. Remember it takes two for there to be an argument.  

If ones stays quiet and does not react to what is being said, but takes it to the Lord, there will be no argument.


God knows who to place in your life to stir you up and make you think, why is that person irritating me?

That's when it is time for the old flesh to die some more.

James 1:17

Every good and perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

Beloved, can we call a correction from one who irritates us a good gift from above?  Yes we can.  No matter what happens in our day, if we have committed our day to the Lord, it is a good gift.


We don't really know whats in our heart, until it comes out of our mouth.

Matthew 15:11

Not what goes into a mouth defiles a man: but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man.


Our words are connected to our thoughts, catch the thoughts and measure them to God's word, do not be quick to speak, or you will set the tone for your own health.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue.

Beloved, when God allows one to irritate you, ask yourself, why is this bothering me?


Watch and see who says what and know that it could be a messenger from God to reveal something to you.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong.
