Are you aware that there are treasures in every trial or disappointment, all you need to do is see with the Lord's heart.
Are you looking for treasures in your trials, or hurt or disappointments? Look for the good, it is right there.
Don't be concerned with what has been removed from your life, or who has moved on.
Rejoice, because you are being made stronger and a little bit more like Jesus.
God separated Barnabas and Saul (Paul) after 8 long years together, but it was time for Paul to minister without Barnabas. It was time for Silas.
God used the dispute between Paul and Barnabas over Mark, to create two ministry teams.
Acts 15: 36-41
Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas, "Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing."
Now Barnabas was determined to take with them John called Mark.
But Paul insisted that they should not take with them the one who had departed from them in Pamphylia, and had not gone with them to work.
Then the contention became so sharp that they parted from one another. And so Barnabas took Mark and sailed to Cyprus; but Paul chose Silas and departed, being commended by the brethren to the grace of God.
And he went through Syria and Cilicia strengthening the churches.
Unfortunately there are painful divisions in the body of Christ, however look for the good through the pain.
Some people are in our life for a season and some for a reason.
God wants our undivided attention. Now that we have walked through the valley of death to our old self, Jesus can now pour more of Himself into us.
We must learn to trust God with everything. It is sometimes a challenge to see the good, but if we seek we will find it.
We have to get out of the self mindset and get into the Spirit mindset. We do have the mind of Christ.
Beloved, had there not been the division of Paul and Barnabas, would Paul and Silas had reached the Philippian jailer and his whole household?
Just a thought.
It was Paul and Silas singing praises to Lord while in prison, that caused the earthquake. (Acts 16:25-34)
Beloved, look for the good, and do not let your emotions run a muck when God changes things in your life. Jesus is Lord!!
Roams 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
Think about that scripture and look for the good, it is there. (Isaiah 45:3)
God Bless your day
Jesus loves you
